This place made me dream. Nice atmosphere, absolutely average prices—in fact, I'd say low compared to the rest of Italy—and truly good quality food. I would definitely go back.

Everything is 5 stars and more!! I recommend it to everyone... a welcoming place with Domenico super kind and attentive to the customers' needs, but all the staff... excellent and plentiful food. I didn't manage to take photos 😉 Maybe next time! I recommend booking because there aren't always seats and everything is always full!

We just happened upon this family owned restaurant while visiting Vibo Valentia for the day. We had lunch and ordered an appetizer and pasta. The service was friendly and excellent. The food amazing. Very authentic and charming. Not easy to find. we discovered it while walking the side streets. A little hidden gem.

We Taranto natives, wandering around Vibo Valentia, were looking for a typical Calabrian trattoria...
Well, the "Vecchi Tempi" trattoria more than met all our expectations, and after having been there the day before for dinner, we also returned the next day for lunch!
We ate really well, and we took the advice of the excellent Domenico and his sister Vittoria.
Guys, I don't want to go into details because you HAVE to come and try this place.

We had lunch on the 4th.
The appetizer was generous and delicious. Exceptional cured meats.
The sliced steak with arugula and Grana Padano was spectacular.
The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Recommended.
