Trattoria Vasari is a warm, welcoming spot with some of the best pasta in my life. The noodles are fresh and perfectly al dente. We shared spaghetti bolognese, pappardelle with wild boar, and pici carbornara. Each dish was flavorful and excellently executed. Highest regards for service as well. The servers were very friendly to us and our son.

Excellent restaurant, fast service and very friendly and helpful waitresses. Fair price for the area. We had Tuscan crostini, pici alla carbonara, seafood risotto and an exquisite first course of rigatoni with sausage and truffle. We will be back

A perfect lunch with very good wine and food. We recommend the truffle pasta and the Grappa, orgasm in your mouth.

Trattoria in which you will taste good dishes a few dozen meters from Ponte Vecchio. Great value for money. Were greeted by a waiter who spoke to us in our language (French). In short, if you pass by, don't hesitate to come in and you won't regret it. We highly recommend.

Possibly the best dinner we had in Florence. My husband wanted a Florentine steak and it went above our expectations. Warm, friendly service. Cozy ambiance.

07/11/2024: Loved this place, custom paninis with great-quality ingredients. The process of watching it being prepared before your eyes is just mesmerizing and mouth-watering. Would definitely come back for a second round!
24/10/2024: Stumbled upon this spot when looking for lunch and a glass of wine. We went with our infant twins. They were SO kind, so nice and the food was even better. Loved it. Can’t wait to go back.
