Once upon a time tavern. Good and cheap food.

Comparing it with similar places (therefore not starred) I really appreciated the welcome, the place which is very clean, well set (double tablecloth and fabric napkins) and the menu proposal which included 7 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course (which then they became two); 2 side dishes, sweet coffee, loose wine... everything in abundance and for all tastes. Professional and friendly waiters. The criticisms concern my personal taste because I found many dishes too savory. The ingredients, however, are certainly fresh and of high quality. The food is traditional Piedmontese. Generous portions. Decent bulk wine but served too cold. The place is noisy, it needs to be soundproofed a bit. Recommended for groups of friends, making a reservation, less so for families with agitated children, because there isn't much space. I'll be back

We left really satisfied! Fixed menu of starters: Aosta Valley polenta, cotechino and lentils, battered cod, veal tartare (with garlic), albese with parmesan and walnuts, peppers with anchovies, courgette and tuna starter, boiled potato and hard-boiled egg salad First courses: Risotto with vegetables and Piedmontese Agnolotti. Second courses: ossobuco with spinach and baked potatoes, Barolo stew. Finally, warm apple and dried plum cake. Coffee... Polite and efficient waiters, one very nice. What can I say? We'll be back! Abundant food and served quickly by very friendly waiters but in some dishes the salt was not the right amount for example the raw meat was without salt. But in my opinion the figure

I often go to eat at this restaurant. During the week for lunch they have the workers' menu where they always have many dishes to choose from and when I can I also go for lunch on Sundays where they have a fixed menu with 7/8 starters, 2 first courses and two second courses with side dishes and drinks included. I always find everything good, a typical Piedmontese trattoria with local dishes. Everything was really excellent, the guy in the room was really good at his job and really very nice. The two owners are very kind and nice. A place that I certainly recommend to everyone.

Ottima cucina e abbondante. Passano più volte. Il vino della casa non ci ha fatto impazzire, ma comunque si può optare per il vino in bottiglia . Menù fisso. Tranquilli ne uscirete con la panza piena e felice.

Davvero una trattoria sincera , con dei camerieri molto ingamba e disponibili, piatti tutti di qualità, freschi e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, continuate così a presto
