Per un fiorentino sentire parlare di bistecca fritta, fa rizzare le antenne, e invece è stata una bella scoperta, Tullio ci ha presentato due belle bistecche di vitello Prussiana, una razza proveniente dalla Germania, vive allo stato brado e ha una vasta presenza di marezzatura, poi le ha fritte e ce le ha presentate a modo suo, una cosa sublime all’occhio e al palato, la carne cotta al sangue con la sua crosticina della frittura si scioglieva in bocca, una delle migliori bistecche mai mangiate, buoni anche gli altri piatti ma per me vale la pena venire anche solo per la bistecca. Il sevizio è veloce e professionale, Tullio poi a modo suo è molto simpatico, conviene prenotare con anticipo è sempre molto pieno, ultima cosa questo ristorante non è adatto per i vegetariani e tanto meno per i vegani.

29/07/2025: A wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere of coziness and taste is felt from the first minutes. The establishment specializes in meat dishes, but the menu is regularly updated depending on the season - as the attentive waiter told us. We got there during the period when the menu had several exquisite dishes with porcini mushrooms - everything was incredibly tasty and fresh. In October, as we were told, the truffle season begins - we are sure that it will be no less impressive. The place is very popular, but at the same time not a tourist one - this is especially nice. The staff speaks English and is happy to help with the choice of dishes and wine. We ordered a fillet steak - without exaggeration, 10 out of 10, and pasta with porcini mushrooms - tender, aromatic, perfectly balanced. Desserts deserve special attention - a real delight! Excellent service, friendly team, excellent wine list. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we were unable to sit on the terrace, but the restaurant itself - I definitely recommend it. A real gastronomic pleasure.
