The food is excellent, which you can immediately tell by the fact that many locals eat here. I recommend the ham and cheese platter and the horse meat gnocchi. Incredibly delicious and extremely affordable.

We stumbled upon this trattoria by chance and were extremely satisfied.
We had creamed cod and polenta e renga for appetizers. Delicious. The risotto all'Amarone was excellent. The prices were more than fair, and the service was excellent.
The next day we're in Verona, we'll definitely eat here again!

While sightseeing in Verona and looking for an authentic, non-touristy spot at a reasonable price, we found this place with a special traditional charm and truly delicious food. Highly recommended. Excellent service. We were three people and had three first courses, half a glass of wine, water, dessert, and coffee for 61 euros.

Incredible pasta (the mushroom and truffle ones) and the ravioli (hazelnut and ricotta) are just as good! Really very very good, first pasta made in Italy, we are not disappointed

An excellent osteria near the city center. It seats only a few people, about thirty, but it's ideal for a quiet, relaxed meal: good food is meant to be savored. Excellent traditional Veronese food, presented simply and informally. For your information, we started with bigoli with donkey ragù, followed by a pastissada with polenta, and for dessert, homemade tiramisu and amaretto semifreddo. Prices are lower than those of the competition. Excellent value. The end result is excellent: we highly recommend it.

La trattoria Luciano la trota " a Verona è un vero gioiello per gli amanti della cucina tradizionale. Situata in un affascinante vicolo del centro storico, l'atmosfera è accogliente e autentica, con arredi rustici che raccontano la storia della città.
Il menu offre una selezione di piatti tipici veronesi, ma il vero protagonista è il risotto all'Amarone: cremoso, saporito e con un perfetto equilibrio tra il vino e gli ingredienti freschi. Ogni boccone è un viaggio nei sapori locali, esaltato dalla cura nella preparazione.
Servizio cortese e attento, accompagnato da un'ottima selezione di vini regionali. In definitiva, è un luogo imperdibile per chi desidera assaporare la vera essenza della cucina veronese. Consigliatissimo!

Nei vicoletti del centro si trova questa semplice trattoria. Il locale è raccolto in un’unica sala con pochi coperti, delle travi in legno e una parete in pietra. Il personale ha modi molto spicci e poco incline a dare qualche spiegazione aggiuntiva. Il menù elenca tipicità veronesi con qualche piatto veneziano. Il nostro pranzo è iniziato con un pessimo risotto all’amarone, chiaramente non espresso dato che è giunto dopo neanche 10 minuti dall’ordinazione. Abbiamo proseguito con un buon fegato alla veneziana, una soddisfacente orata al forno e un goloso salame al cioccolato. A conclusione evidenziamo il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, con la nota amara per il risotto.
