As soon as you enter, you are immediately catapulted into the 90s: simple furnishings, family atmosphere and that genuine air of an old neighborhood trattoria that makes you feel at home.
The portions are truly generous, as they used to be, and each dish conveys care and flavour. The quality of the raw materials is evident from the first taste: fresh ingredients, traditional recipes without frills, but cooked to perfection.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent, it is difficult to find places today that offer such generous dishes at such honest prices.
Ultimately, an absolutely positive experience: Trattoria Trivelloni is the classic place where you willingly return, perhaps even bringing friends.
Highly recommended for those who are nostalgic for the sincere cuisine of the past.

Fried cake is a typical Emilian dish that never disappoints! What I tried was truly exceptional! The texture was perfect: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor was intense and rich. The frying was light and not greasy. In short, a fried dumpling you absolutely must try!

Simple place with no apparent pretensions (a little spartan unlike the average of the typical restaurants in the area), but excellent hospitality and a very kind and helpful lady.
The food is traditional and of very good quality. Definitely try their cured meats, genuine and an expression of the territory (the gorgonzola is also exceptional).
A little out of the way, although the context of the surrounding countryside is worth visiting.

Country restaurant, fried gnocco with cured meats, raw ham, salami, coppa, cooked shoulder and gorgonzola. Tortelli with butter.
Generous portions so much so that once the tortelli were finished we were more satisfied, I would say that there was no room left for other foods. For those who want to try fried gnocco I would recommend a "fortana del taro" as a wine

Found by chance leaving the motorway in Fiorenzuola, genuine people and food, excellent fried pie and excellent cured meats!
Try the cooked shoulder!
