The portions are truly generous, as they used to be, and each dish conveys care and flavour. The quality of the raw materials is evident from the first taste: fresh ingredients, traditional recipes without frills, but cooked to perfection. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, it is difficult to find places today that offer such generous dishes at such honest prices. Ultimately, an absolutely positive experience: Trattoria Trivelloni is the classic place where you willingly return, perhaps even bringing friends. Highly recommended for those who are nostalgic for the sincere cuisine of the past.

Mi sono ritrovato in questa antica trattoria a pranzo con i miei familiari e devo dire che non è stata la prima volta, visto che siamo clienti abituali ( mediamente veniamo qua almeno una volta l'anno da vent'anni, conosciamo personalmente il proprietario con qui abbiamo un rapporto di amicizia). E' un locale molto semplice e rustico proprio come la zona in cui si trova con le tovaglie a quadretti bianche e rossi e l'arredamento non particolarmente lussuoso. Il motivo principale per cui ci troviamo qui è principalmente per lo gnocco fritto piatto di punta del ristorante. In genere lo mangiamo con una selezione di salumi nostrani molto pregiati sempre accompagnato da un vino locale. Il servizio è molto efficiente, cordiale, e molto attento ai dettagli. Il conto è decisamente onesto .

Fried cake is a typical Emilian dish that never disappoints! What I tried was truly exceptional! The texture was perfect: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavor was intense and rich. The frying was light and not greasy. In short, a fried dumpling you absolutely must try!

Simple place with no apparent pretensions (a little spartan unlike the average of the typical restaurants in the area), but excellent hospitality and a very kind and helpful lady. The food is traditional and of very good quality. Definitely try their cured meats, genuine and an expression of the territory (the gorgonzola is also exceptional). A little out of the way, although the context of the surrounding countryside is worth visiting.

Tutti cercano la locanda tradizionale verdiana con aceti balsamici e culatello di alto livello e busti del grande compositori ogni dove. Ma di sabato sera senza prenotare da Trivelloni si è mangiato un culatello ottimo e salumi e gorgonza con la goccia. Un lambrusco verace e dei ravioli ricotta e spinaci meritevoli. Si il posto un po' trascurato e fuori mano. E molte recensioni sono state spietate. Ma a noi è piaciuto. Anche e raggiungerlo tra Cascine abbandonate e canali guarniti di salici e gelsi merita questo vaaggio nella semplicita dei luoghi e dei cibi. Per un pasto non "leccato" ma soddisfacente va benissimo. Antipasto per 2 di portate varie di culatello, coppa, spalla calda, prosciutto e gorgonzola accompagnati da torte fritta a forma. Di cuore. Più un primo più caraffa di lambrusco locale e crostata della casa a da urlo. 23 euro a testa. Non mi sembra tanto. Andateci e siate più clementi
