A magnificent experience. It's the first time we've come to Parma and we had someone recommend a place to eat. We couldn't have eaten better. The quality of the food is excellent, and the people are kind and respectful. The place... wonderful and quiet. Recommended for those who want to try a beautiful and delicious experience.

A group of seven former colleagues who had lunch with you on Friday 12th April, we had a very good time with the tortelli (tris), the really good cured meats with fried cake, fried polenta and gongorza and finally a delicious lemon sorbet. The environment is welcoming and the waitress: quick, kind and friendly. Advised

Excellent welcome from the very witty manager, excellent cured meats, in particular the cooked shoulder and the morsels of fried pie, the tortelli are delicious, the ones with red radicchio are excellent, it's a shame there wasn't more room for the second courses (sliced meat, tripe, etc.)

Excellent quality, cleanliness, kindness. For me the best tortelli ever. The experience and passion transferred into dishes with excellent flavours. Trattoria Tripoli never disappoints.
