If I stop for lunch every time I'm just passing through, it's because the food is truly fabulous. All genuine and very abundant food, punctual and precise service without too many frills, environment so clean and tidy that it feels like being at home. If you have never been there then I suggest you go there without thinking twice. Parking is free and there is lots and lots of space.

A distanza di qualche anno sono ritornato in questo locale ma devo dire che non ho trovato la stessa qualità di prima. Non passano più con i vari primi con fagioli o ceci come facevano prima ma devi ordinare e quindi mangi un solo primo e non due o più assaggi di primi . Anche la qualità a mio avviso non è più quella di un tempo sia per i primi che per il baccalà fritto che ho preso .

I had often been to this historic restaurant in Potenza in the past... I went back yesterday and I have to say it has changed a bit. The nice thing that was attractive before was the large table, located at the beginning of the room, full of tasty appetizers... which took you back to the ancient kitchens of your grandmothers... now it's no longer there 😭😭😭... how sad !!! The food is always good and has an ancient flavour...I tasted a delicious cod pie and a good plate of orecchiette and turnip greens...if you are in Potenza I recommend it...and if you have never been been before... well I'm sorry for you who have never been able to experience the pleasure of TRIMINIEDD's entrée starters...

Good restaurant, well renovated and welcoming place. Good regional menu and wine list. Dishes not as abundant as they once were. Good table service. Friendly and helpful staff.

I am a loyal customer of this wonderful restaurant in Potenza and it never ceases to amaze me! Every time I walk in the door, I know I'm in a place where food quality and attention to detail reign supreme. In my last lunch, I had the opportunity to taste one of the house specialties, the ravioli with cod and crusco pepper. I have to say it was outstanding! The combination of delicate flavors of the cod and the crunchiness of the bran peppers made every bite an unforgettable experience. The cod fillet with crusco pepper that I ordered was equally extraordinary. Historic Potentina Trattoria. I hadn't been there for a few years, the place has been renovated compared to the last time I was there, I found it to be a very nice and welcoming place. Excellent home cooking, good quality products, generous portions, you leave feeling full on your palate and stomach. Friendly and professional staff. Fast and efficient service. I advise.

Occorrono 6 stelle x dare un voto giusto a questo locale.... Che nonostante le cucine spazzatura che spesso osserviamo in giro sui menu , riesce a fare la differenza con una cucina tipica da fuori classe......personale che senza troppi fronzoli ti mette a tuo agio facendoti sentire a casa.....che dire .....semplicemente n1 P.s. Non adatto a cuochi di Ancona!!!!!

Posto informale dove riscoprire i sapori genuini della cucina lucana. Tutto molto buono ma il top sono i piatti con i legumi ed il baccalà. Ovviamente è un parere personale dettato dal proprio gusto 😀

Locale dove si possono gustare delle ottime pietanze della tradizione a prezzi più che giusti. Ottimo il carpaccio di baccalà ed i salumi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
