We stumbled upon Trattoria Trebbi almost by chance and were truly delighted.
The white truffle was the undisputed star: fragrant, freshly sliced, and paired with simple dishes prepared with a care rarely found today. The tagliatelle were clearly hand-rolled, with that "homemade" flavor that instantly puts you in a good mood.
The beauty of this place is that it doesn't try to impress with strange things: here you eat real cuisine, made the way it should be. And when the truffle is good, and it truly is, and the ingredients are excellent, everything else falls into place.
The atmosphere is typical of old-fashioned trattorias: welcoming, familiar, without unnecessary formality. The people who work there make you feel immediately at ease, with a natural, unpretentious kindness. You can tell they've been doing this their whole life and that they do it with passion.
It was one of those experiences you don't expect but that stays with you.
From us, a full and well-deserved five stars.

A welcoming, family-run restaurant that immediately puts you at ease. Excellent menu and truly well-presented dishes made with top-quality ingredients. Reasonably priced for what you get, and a very friendly owner.

We arrived at the restaurant even though it was already closing time, and they still welcomed us with open arms. The hospitality there was far beyond the usual service in a restaurant, I really felt like I was in their home. The food was of course excellent, as were the coffee and desserts at the end.

I went there on Tuesday after years of not having lunch there. It's been family-run for a long time, and I had no doubts about the food because there hadn't been a change of ownership. The atmosphere was very nice, and the temperature was perfect. We had a tagliata with porcini mushrooms, which I must say was very good, along with baked potatoes and a small appetizer they offered, which was very tasty. The bread was also good. We had a great time, but there were no doubts.

A unique experience, the tagliolini with truffle were truly excellent. The tortellini with truffle were incredible.
