Food was very good, portion size was normal. The service was good, we received a friendly welcome and the staff were attentive, but a little more warmth would have been nice. The prices are comparatively slightly higher, but that is also due to the location. Wine and aperitif very good. I can't confirm the bad reviews about friendliness.

We liked it so much that we even repeated. They have quite a few tables and the regu tastes spectacular, the price is not bad and the service was correct. It was one of the restaurants I had signed up for and it was really great, we also tried the Balanzone, which was recommended to us, it has less flavor than the ragu but it was delicious too. And by the way, the spectacular tiramisu 👍.

Very cozy and pleasant, ideal to enjoy food in Bologna in a classic atmosphere, with background music, clean bathrooms and a great location halfway between the train station and the city center. The waiters very friendly and attentive. And you have to charge your cell phone or laptop at each table, a very plus point!

Sono stato con amici, ci siamo trovati bene. Il cibo era buono, io ho preso la cotoletta alla bolognese e mi è piaciuta. Antipasti buoni, buono anche il pane ed i dolci. L'atmosfera del locale non è delle migliori, ma comunque non è brutta. I camerieri non brillano di simpatia ed il servizio non è dei più rapidi (abbiamo chiesto il pane e più volte si sono scordati di portarcelo), ma i prezzi sono buoni, considerando la posizione centralissima. Nel complesso, niente di eccezionale, ma una buona esperienza.

Antipasto di salumi top e buoni anche i primi noi abbiamo presto le tagliatelle al ragù e la lasagna! Ottimo anche il dolce e il vino al calice!

10/01/2025: We tried the mortadella, house cheese and house wine, and the tagliatelle ragú (Bolognese style), the spectacular pasta. Highly recommended. Don't miss it. For dessert we ordered mascarpone and an expresso deli.
08/12/2024: The wonder of wonders I have been coming to visit Silvio and his boys for 26 years. Thank you for remaining my Bolognese reference over the years. Every time I find the same flavors that have had the tenacity not to get lost over time❤️❤️❤️

01/01/2025: Locale molto bello, personale gentilissimo cibo ottimo, sono stato oggi con mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli abbiamo preso un ottimo antipasto di affettati e formaggi, accompagnato da crescentine calde una lasagna verde alla bolognese, tagliatelle alla bolognese, tagliatelle al pomodoro e dei tortellini con ragù, tutto veramente buono, servizio rapido nonostante fosse affollato, sicuramente torneremo
26/07/2024: Locale conosciuto grazie ad amiche bolognesi alcuni anni fa, è diventato una “tradizione “ della mia famiglia ogni volta che siamo a Bologna. Locale in centro caratteristico, servizio gentile, spuma di mortadella e fettuccine strepitose. Ottime anche le crescentine con lo squacquerone. In realtà il menù propone parecchie altre cose, ma queste ci piacciono talmente che le prendiamo sempre, anche se sarebbe giusto provare altro!
