Pranzo della domenica, tardi perché non avevamo fame all' orario convenuto, e anche Bologna è Italia ed è difficile mangiare fuori orario. Ma qui si può! Alle 16 ci hanno servito, oltretutto anche veloci perché a quell' ora non c' era quasi nessuno. Abbiamo mangiato bene (il brodo solo non era nulla di che, ma i tortellini speciali!), passatelli con tanto tartufo e torta di riso che sembrava appena fatta

Found and chosen almost by chance on a Saturday in June. The result was surprising: a lasagna like few others know how to make and in a generous portion. The same goes for the Bolognese cutlet. Good local wines. I can't ask for anything better. Well done.

I absolutely recommend this restaurant. The best place where we ate in Bologna and for this reason we went twice during our stay. Helpful and trained staff. Compliments

Everything we tried was very good, I recommend the lasagne alla bolognese. The desserts were also delicious. The price may be a little high but you pay for the quality!!

Average quality. Historic trattoria renovated and reorganized for tourist use. It has lost its charm and human dimension. The staff is visibly unprepared and not up to par.

The food was good even if the portions were a little skimpy on the platter and the tigelle were undercooked. Service like a trattoria, but prices like a restaurant. Tony is no longer the owner

13/03/2025: We always eat well. Excellent tagliatelle.
28/02/2025: I only used the restaurant. Good typical dishes although a little expensive. Friendly staff. Old fashioned place but very welcoming and clean. In summer it is possible to eat under a beautiful veranda. Positive experience and to be repeated. I cannot give a rating to the hotel service.

Trattoria Leonida

04/03/2025: A historic Trattoria, where you are welcomed in a classic environment with a sober elegance (the wall chandeliers in the second room are particular). The staff is genuine: the waiter has an irony almost like that of a Romagna lyricist, and it is possible to be served by the owner who is now very experienced. I tried the Supreme Leonida, a slice of chicken stuffed with raw meat and cheese (perhaps a lighter version of the Petronian or Bolognese cutlet). The tagliatelle are good. Wine cellar provided. There are 2 menus (there are some particular dishes of the peasant tradition that are not easily found elsewhere), prices in line with the average of the center of Bologna, which has now become touristy, a little above what you can expect from this place. Must try.
03/03/2025: Nice traditional Trattoria in the centre of Boligna. Good food and good wine at fair prices
