I hadn't been here for a long time. I asked for a plate of vegetables for 2 to eat, 1 spaghetti with clams for our daughter and then 2 sea bream. It is no longer the trattoria it once was, but a restaurant with an excellent menu and excellent service in a beautiful and well-kept environment. Ample parking.

Devo dire che purtroppo, per adeguarsi alle mode, rispetto a ciò che ricordavo, il dover adeguarsi alle esigenze di quelle persone che vorrebbero reputarsi buon gustai, intenditori ed esperti in culinaria , essi sono stati costretti al seguire più l'estetica della composizione dei piatti che il vecchio se pare divenuto oramai abominevole gusto nel sapore di pietanze preparate secondo valori tradizionali, le pietanze sono certamente di prima freschezza ma perdono il rigore della tradizionalità del sapore. e presentazione. Quantunque, per le nuove generazioni o pseudo tali, nulla di disaccordo, preciso che le porzioni sono indubbiamente abbondanti. Ogni tanto mi piace tornare in questo locale anche ricordando la mitica frittura che si mangiava “da Tombolato” nei tempi passati, ma amaramente vado riscontrando che più passa il tempo più la tradizione si affievolisce. Corretto rinnovarsi, ma ormai Il locale ha perso quella tipicità della trattoria ed è passato al ristorante “raffinato”. Il menu mi è sembrato meno ricco ( per le proposte di pesce) a partire dagli antipasti fino al secondo, quasi inesistenti le proposte di carne (presumibile in un ristorante che ha la pretesa di essere di pesce), Buona la presentabilità dei piatti a discapito della quantità. Prezzi sopra la media delle proposte offerte dal menu.. Antipasto scarso, la frittura non è più quella fresca e croccante che ricordavamo. Il tiramisù non è quello tradizionale, anche se richiesto e confermato per ben due volte dalla cameriera (trattasi di barattolo con coperchio contenente gli ingredienti da mangiare a cucchiaio). Il personale molto cortese ma … è risultato poco preparato sulle proposte del menu. Esperienza non eccezionale. Il conto è risultato non adeguato a servizio e proposte offerte..
