Trattoria Tipica L'opera In Termoli

“Water is a s%*}|a.” A contemporary declaration of love. We discovered this place by chance, on Google maps, without asking others without informing ourselves first and without reading the reviews. We read about a trattoria, a "social" photo, homemade dishes and it's immediately love. We book and upon arrival they welcome us in uniform, not quite what we expected. They accompany us to the table, impeccably arranged, they bring us water and menus. And water is truly a s%*}|a. We look at the menu and notice dishes that are different from the classics, and with prices that are decidedly higher than those of a "trattoria". A very kind and super professional girl arrives, to whom we order two appetizers (one was a fried dish, i.e. a second course) and two first courses, a bottle of wine, a dessert and two coffees. And the water was really shit. But the rest?? WOW. The rest was all perfect. A masterful symphony of flavors and service. Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Quality 10/10 Wine 10/10 Value for money 15/10 Water 1/10, but that's more of a joke. Everything fantastic, very good

For the second year in a row we chose this restaurant because for us it is the top. Excellent food, attentive, kind, helpful staff. High quality/price ratio.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo ordinato una tartare e due primi, di cui uno senza glutine. Tutto ottimo. Personale gentile e preparato.

Ambiente curato e buon servizio. Tempi di attesa giusti, pietanze buone e abbondanti e in linea con la bontà dei piatti atti. Il mio primo piatto gnocchetti con non pesto di zucchine e vongole e lupini è stato davvero ottimo! Porzione di frittura di calamari abbondante e ben fatta. Polpo arrosto cotto davvero benissimo. Coperto 3 euro ( un po' caro), acqua 750 ml 2 euro. Ci tornerei per assaggiare altri piatti!

Very fresh and very well presented food, with proposals both linked to the Termoli tradition but also more refined. Friendly and welcoming service, spending in line with the quality of the products. Very recommended!

Sometimes you would like to find the right words to describe an experience.... but you realize that there is only one: Excellent..... Excellent location... The service.... but one more point is the food . A lot of attention to the first ones. Fantastic fish carbonara.... Ravioli with ricotta with scampi cream and Molise truffle to scream.... Delicious raw and cooked seafood appetizers and a dry and soft fried squid and shrimp all accompanied by a Montepulciano rose . Congratulations.... Congratulations.... ABSOLUTELY worth trying in Termoli.

Wow. Very high quality fish, cooked very well. The raw food is also unmissable, the oysters are recommended. Personally very well trained, present and friendly. You suffer a little from the heat at the outdoor tables due to the unventilated street. Absolutely adequate price.
