We had dinner on 05/15/23 at the pergola to celebrate the anniversary. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. We had two appetizers: Baffo all'Orvietana and venison tartare. The non-trivial combination of flavors is surprising. As first courses: spaghetti alla guitar with cocoa with bacon, gorgonzola and raspberry reduction and shaomai with pork, pea shoots (it was more complex but unfortunately I don't remember the full name). I can say one of the best first courses I have ever eaten.
We will definitely be back for lunch or dinner because we were really impressed by the quality of the food and the humanity of the staff who deserve 5 stars on everything. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.

Visiting Orvieto, we came across this restaurant which is located in a characteristic street.
Quiet, refined and intimate atmosphere
Welcoming and prepared staff
All dishes were excellent, the bread made with sourdough was excellent, and the tiramisu was one of the best ever
Few restaurants have a wine list like this
We will gladly return

Nice and comfortable environment, lovely veranda inside the small courtyard that separates part of the living room from the kitchen. Courteous and helpful dining room staff. Overall, the lunch was very pleasant and satisfying, the bread that I accompanied with a delicious platter of cold cuts was exceptional. Excellent minced meat, served with bone marrow and red prawns. I also wanted to try a first course, the stuffed pappardella I think it was called. Good overall, but with a hint of salt too much. Salt and I don't get along very well. It's definitely a restaurant worth trying. I recommend it. The trifle is good, but for me, who doesn't like alcohol, I would have preferred a less alcoholic taste. Personal tastes aside, it's worth it.

Il servizio è stato cordiale e attento sin dall’inizio: ci hanno accolti con due stuzzichini dello chef (pane, paté di olive e un ottimo formaggio) e, appena saputo che mia moglie è celiaca, hanno subito preparato un’alternativa per lei. Abbiamo condiviso un tagliere di formaggi locali accompagnato da una deliziosa marmellata di cipolle, seguito da due tipi di pasta fatta in casa, perfetti per poter assaggiare entrambi i piatti. Il tutto è stato servito con tempistiche rapide e senza attese. Un’esperienza sicuramente positiva!

Molto bello, cibo eccellente con una attenzione al gluten free: mia figlia ha avuto il suo pane, la sua pasta con i loro eccezionali sughi e quant'altro. Ambiente carinissimo e gentilissime le ragazze. Olio ottimo da gustare con il loro pane fatto in casa! (olio acquistato).
