Very welcoming Karst restaurant, with typical foods. Little variety but lots of quality. Fast service. I recommend the vegetable roll, particular and delicious.

Known and traditional Karst trattoria which offers very good dishes (the homemade handmade gnocchi are special). Excellent choice of first courses, second courses and side dishes. Honest prices.

Had a great meal at Carsolina, starter of meatballs and breaded cheese with pickled vegetables, super good orzotto with red radicchio and ravioli with mushroom sauce, cevapcic, breaded chicken, chips and spinach. All very plentiful

Trattoria Sociale di Prosecco

16/08/2024: La trattoria è tipica del posto . É tappa fissa ogni volta che veniamo a Trieste . Gli gnocchi di patate o di pane cl goulash sono spaziali . Idem le Reginette con zola pera e radicchio . Il menù non è ricchissimo perché i piatti sono veramente gustosi . Sevizio super veloce . Complimenti
