Excellent value for money. Fast service, generous portions, and delicious appetizers. A typical trattoria, just a few meters from the Basilica of Superba. Highly recommended.

Excellent trattoria, really good food and really friendly staff, just steps from the Basilica of Superga. The only downside is parking; you have to find a spot here and there. But really delicious.

A timeless place, lovely and very kind staff, and dishes... We had a wonderful time from start to finish! The dishes were delicious, with quality ingredients and generous portions. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate, and simple. We had a wonderful time and will happily return on our next visit to Turin.

Now, knowing that it is located exactly where the hairpin bend to go up to Superga is, that the tables are close together, that the food is superb and the service excellent, weigh your choices and judgments on the matter.

A mountain bike ride with a stop at what we remembered as a "Trattoria," but after receiving the menu, it clearly turned out to be a proper mountain restaurant... so the prices are decidedly high. Example: cover charge €3 - Microfiltered water (0.75 liters) €3 and dishes of the same standard. We noticed that the breadstick baskets were already on display in the dining room, hopefully since morning... but the fact remains that they were damp. I also believe that for hygiene reasons, this absolutely needs to be reconsidered. Nothing to complain about the quality of the dishes, which we enjoyed. The bill was overpriced... we asked for verification, but the waitress confirmed it was correct... but then she ran after us to apologize and refund us €3... To top it all off, we had the "pleasure" of sharing lunch with the usual indifferent smokers who, less than 5 meters away and under the small awning of the former trattoria, were enjoying their inseparable cigarettes. In fact, the lady next to us politely walked away after the first cigarette, but then, seeing the owner comfortably seated with a lit cigarette, she did the same thing on the second one. At that point, I publicly stated that I was annoyed and asked for a change of table, but then the polite lady walked away again while the owner continued to smoke... Obviously, we won't be returning; we were disappointed and strongly advise against this former trattoria!!!

A lovely trattoria in the Superga area, renovated with new staff and a new menu. Prices are no longer as affordable as they once were.

Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, and especially top marks for the service. The young, friendly, and attentive staff are excellent! Well done!

We're a family of nomadic travelers, and every year, between one continent and another, we return to Turin, my hometown. My mother, sister, and a few close friends still live here. And every time, there's a regular event: DINNER AT CONSERVA – TRATTORIA SUPERGA, to reconnect with Nico Brizzi, whom we've known since he was very young. He's never disappointed us, no matter what the setting. We've had the privilege of watching him cook in the most exclusive resorts, as well as on tomato crates in tiny spaces, and every time, truly, every time, he's created something magical for the palate. Today, with Conserva, he's created a place that fully reflects his spirit: welcoming, authentic, where you truly feel at home. Welcoming us, in addition to his ever-present smile, is a team of kind, attentive, and passionate waiters. A rarity these days. The menu is varied and surprising, always evolving. We sampled appetizers, first courses, and second courses (saving only dessert due to lack of space!). But even there, Nico couldn't resist letting us try something. There's poetry in his dishes, like in the movie Ratatouille, they have that ability to evoke emotions with every bite, to nourish not only the body but also the heart. We ate outside, our two children, ages 5 and 9, had a blast, and the evening flew by, ending later than expected but always with a smile on our faces. We recommend Conserva to anyone looking for sincere, refined cuisine that dares but never betrays tradition. An informal and intimate atmosphere, where you eat well, feel better, and, as you can see, you'll want to come back. Nulla da dire, locale tipico torinese probabilmente a conduzione familiare. Abbiamo preso 1 antipasto, 2 primi e un secondo, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. I prodotti sono fatti in casa e genuini. I ragazzi in sala è molto educato e anche il cuoco sa fare il suo mestiere. Ottima esperienza, lo consiglierò sicuramente!

Splendida trattoria dal sapore casalingo dove insieme alla mia dolce compagna ho potuto gustare un gustoso antipasto e degli ottimi primi (tajarin con salsiccia e quelli con pesto di broccoli). Personale gentilissimo
