A beautiful trattoria just a few hundred meters from the Basilica of Superga. A classic trattoria atmosphere, with traditional aromas filling the air. The food was delicious with generous portions. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to chat. I highly recommend it as a post-visit to the Basilica.

We received a warm and welcoming welcome from both the owner and the staff, all extremely kind (even though we arrived without a reservation for the Epiphany lunch and with a small child). We enjoyed excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes in a beautifully decorated restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like a true trattoria. We'll definitely be back!

Typical Piedmontese cuisine. Very good and tasty dishes. Adequate prices. It's a small place, so booking in advance is recommended. I would return in the summer to eat on the terrace.

Conserva is a very nice place, easily accessible from the Basilica of Superga. It specializes in Piedmontese cuisine. For starters, I ordered the veal tartare, served with hazelnut granola and fondue (highly recommended). I highly recommend the basket to share, which contains actual preserves along with several (small) appetizers that are very tasty. I also tried the l'ora bagnacauda. Excellent. And for the first course, agnolotti with butter and sage. The prices are reasonable. The place is quite small, but very welcoming and rustic. I will definitely be back. I recommend booking because they have certain times when you can sit at a table.

We had lunch on December 31st and I have to compliment everyone, from the chefs to the waiting staff (Baba) and the owner for the extremely high quality of the food and the hospitality. Thank you so much... we will definitely be back.

We stopped here for lunch yesterday after visiting the Basilica of Superga. A true trattoria. Excellent food; plentiful; welcoming atmosphere; friendly and professional staff. We really enjoyed our meal. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: We've eaten here several times, always good, and tonight we tried the pizza. The ingredients were good, but the cooking was incorrect. We woke up at night (I'm writing this review at 4:00 AM). The service was also slow, and since we had pizza, nothing was brought while we waited. I already don't understand the cover charge (it only exists in Italy), but I also don't understand why you don't bring me bread with the pizza, because I pay the same cover charge as those you bring it to.
