Swiss couple
We found this estate on Google Maps to find a restaurant that served very good food.
Restaurant, Hotel:
A large, beautiful estate, very well decorated, very chic. A very serene atmosphere. Unfortunately, we arrived at night, but there must be a beautiful view from the top.
From the parking lot, a large, well-decorated path leads to the restaurant, where the rooms are on the side.
Everything is perfect.
Food:
Started with a substantial tagliere with cold cuts, cheese, honey, and onions. Very good to share because it's a lot for one person.
Fish of the day: turbot, very fresh, well prepared and well served. Very tasty.
Dessert: an excellent chocolate fondant, very well presented and very flavorful.
An excellent restaurant with very knowledgeable staff, perfect food, beautiful decor, very competent staff, and that day, musicians were present who sang very well and were very pleasant to listen to.
The only downside, but nothing to do with the restaurant, is the access from Follonica. There are lots of turns to get there.
I can only recommend this restaurant; it's perfect for spending a wonderfully quiet time and eating very well.

Wonderful experience
Superlative location. Excellent staff. Extraordinary welcome. The icing on the cake?... the menu... the excellent
pappardelle with wild boar ragù, the agnolotti, and the platter.

I took my boyfriend here for our anniversary, the place is beautiful to say the least, the design is right up my alley, so I might be too subjective, but the restaurant is really beautiful and obviously the rest.
The food could have been better, we had the asparagus flan, where the flavor was covered by the bechamel, a shame.
The hot ciaccino with ham is nothing more than a white with raw ham.
The Fiorentina on the other hand, was not bad, if it hadn't taken more than 30 minutes to get it.
For two, with an excellent wine we spent about €450.
A huge flaw, that our table, mistakenly chosen wrong by me, since the waitress asked us if it was okay, but not even studied well by the staff was attached to the musicians who accompanied the evening, in the end they opted for a very quiet repertoire so it was possible to talk, but they gave me a headache.
Another small flaw, because there must have been at least 8 waiters for about 10 tables, and it is apparently impossible to call them, to ask for a dessert menu it took 10 minutes 🙂.
The only two that I feel like thanking personally, are the English waiter, who serves the wine, who nevertheless tried to communicate with us in Italian and was very friendly, and the other guy who be praised because towards the end of the evening he is the only one who considered us, the only reason why I left 20 euros of tip, is a young guy, very calm and polite with glasses, if you happen to read, thank you.

Truly impeccable from all points of view! We ended up there by chance. Truly spectacular location. Excellent food. Highly trained staff. Truly a place to try.
Despite our unexpected arrival, they fulfilled all requests and welcomed us very well.
