Simple dishes, with first choice raw materials and selection, authentic Tuscan flavours. Fairytale setting, refined structure without distorting authenticity. Very romantic.

I had lunch at the tree restaurant for my mother's birthday. This elegant and refined place is located inside Borgo Santo Pietro. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff, who led us to the location. Aside from the unique history that characterizes this restaurant, which is built around a 400-year-old oak tree, the attention to detail is what makes this place one of a kind. The cuisine is delicious and with very high quality products, many of which are produced by them. The breathtaking location overlooks the Tuscan hills. The mise en place is refined and romantic and gives the atmosphere of an enchanted garden. Among the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine we tasted the pappardelle with wild boar sauce, the agnolotti with spinach and the typical platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The staff is welcoming, helpful and really gave us special treatment. I will definitely return in the future, this place is for me a precious pearl that Tuscany has.

One of the most special and authentic places we have ever eaten. Very friendly service from the moment you arrive until you leave. Everyone you meet on the way to this trattoria is extremely hospitable. The domain is beautiful, and in particular the view from this trattoria and the unique setting around the enormous tree trunk. We tasted very tasty dishes and wines here, thanks to the tips from the man who served us and who was fluently multilingual in English, French and other languages. Top!
