First of all, a note of thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. The atmosphere is nice with tables outside too. The food was excellent. I ate ficula with roast ham, tartare, peppers with bagnet sauce, an extraordinary Russian salad, tortellini del plin, tagliatelle with meat sauce, stew with potatoes, bonnet, hazelnut cake with zabaglione. Everything was excellent, the quality of the raw materials was indisputable, as was the preparation. Thanks for a great lunch.

Locale gestito da chi il mestiere del dar da mangiare e bere lo sa fare da sempre e bene. Materia prima buona e tecnica buona. Genuinità accoppiata alla storia. Un equilibrio eccellente tra genuino saporito che non fa male al portafoglio. Davvero bravi. Anche se la zona è i suoi prodotti aiutano molto. Bravi e sempre una garanzia.

Ottima esperienza. Trattoria di classe con una cucina tipica piemontese davvero eccellente. Facile da trovare con un parcheggio interno. Prezzi nella norma ma con una qualità da top. Sicuramente da tornare. Obbligo prenotare molto prima.
