A special, authentic, and humane place The Cascina Biblioteca Cooperative is a truly special place, surrounded by greenery and steeped in human and social values. The facility is well-organized, well-maintained, and welcoming, with numerous spaces designed for educational, recreational, and inclusive activities. It is divided into several areas that make it unique: there are training spaces, an internal cafeteria, a beautiful area with horses (very important for pet therapy projects and educational activities), and even a bar converted from an old train carriage, truly original and evocative. I had the opportunity to do an internship here and I really enjoyed it. It was a formative and engaging experience, which allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. The staff is fantastic: competent, helpful, and always willing to collaborate with enthusiasm and kindness. The environment is positive, stimulating, and full of initiatives for the local community and its people. I highly recommend Cascina Biblioteca to anyone seeking a serious, inclusive, and deeply humane educational environment. A reality to know, experience and support!

Yesterday we celebrated my son's birthday under the outdoor area of ​​the carriage. The party went very well, we brought the magician, the children were happy and I would like to underline the attention and care given above all by Mr. Giuseppe which allowed the celebration to be a great success. A little less happy with the administration due to an excess of rigidity regarding the number of children but just clarify this at the beginning to avoid any surprises during the payment phase. A very negative note on the poorly controlled context and on the people who can access the farmhouse given that we suffered a car theft. Having said that, I still feel like recommending Il Vagone for the success of the party.

Really nice, behind it there is also Cascina Biblioteca where you can eat. The tram is suggestive, funfact: they have beers from the Lambrate brewery.

12/09/2025: I've been to this restaurant twice, and both times I've been extremely satisfied. The restaurant is divided into two rooms: one inside and an outside veranda, both well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The service is attentive: the second time, the pierced girl who served us (unfortunately, we didn't ask her name) was truly exquisite. Seafood, of course, reigns supreme at this restaurant. Having been twice in the space of a few months, I found the menu the same, with just a couple of variations and the daily specials. An amuse-bouche is always offered while you wait. I've tried appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Perhaps my least favorite of all the dishes was the seafood salad: good, with a hint of celery that makes it very fresh, but not memorable. The two first courses, however, were excellent: the paccheri with artichokes in two textures and mussels, and the linguine scarpaniello (very generous portions). As for the main courses, the one that most impressed me was the beetroot-marinated salmon with squid ink chips. To finish, I recommend the excellent nougat parfait. Given that seafood restaurants (the good ones) are expensive because the ingredients are expensive, the prices here are probably medium to high. However, if you book a little in advance, it's easy to take advantage of some deals on the popular booking app. A big plus: last time, they took a bit longer with the service, and to apologize for the mix-up, they offered us dessert, without us even complaining. This doesn't happen at all restaurants, quite the opposite. We'll definitely be back, perhaps checking out the menu first to see if there's anything new and tasty.
