We had dinner tonight at the Santucci restaurant on the recommendation of a local operator and we had a great time. We found excellent alternatives for vegetarians such as the delicious aubergine and truffle muffins and assorted bruschettas. The umbricelli cacio e pepe of incredible goodness. The homemade cantucci with vin santo are delicious. Price normal. I recommend it and we will happily return!

We spent a few days in the magnificent Umbria between Santa Maria degli Angeli and Assisi, finding this trattoria, exquisite food, I recommend the carbonara with truffle and toasted bread, the wild boar tagliatelle not bad either.. If the opportunity arises again we will gladly return. Qualified and friendly staff!!

We had already been there a few years ago, in a fairly central location, the food is quite good, even if I had a better memory, in any case if you are in the area you can approach it without any worries and you will not be disappointed.

A stone's throw from Santa Maria Angeli is one of the best (in my opinion) restaurants in the area. Private and romantic for couples, great atmosphere for everyone. The welcome was also excellent. We ate very well, even if the prices are not typical of a restaurant... we will definitely return!!!

Avevamo un buon ricordo di questo ristorante dove eravamo già stati. Purtroppo, non hanno mantenuto lo stesso livello della volta precedente , sempre buoni piatti ma un po scaduto il rapporto qualità prezzo

Siamo stati per due sere in questo locale...accoglienza molto calorosa...servizio puntuale e attento....piatti ben cucinati....ottime le carni, dal brasato al cinghiale...buonissime le pappardelle al cinghiale e un muffin alle melanzane dove però il tartufo previsto non si sentiva ...prezzi adeguati e piccolo sconto finale...locale che consiglio

02/03/2025: Very kind staff! Bruschetta with oil, Flute of prosecco + frappe offered. Excellent dinner. Nice little place in the center of Spoleto to try!
25/02/2025: My partner and I dined here the day after carnival. It was authentic with excellent service and amazing quality for the price. My personal favourite was the black truffle stragnozzi and the staff let us have free samples on traditional carnival food!

28/02/2025: We enjoyed the food, the place and the service. We tried the gnocchi, the sea bass and had the tiramisu for dessert. It was excellent.
02/02/2025: Wonderful place. I had just discovered Grechetto, the white wine of the area, the day before yesterday. My opening glass here was superb. I had with their amuse bouche… a small plate of beans! But they were delicious. I then had a half portion of pasta, cappellacci, sloppy “hats” holding mozzarella di bufala, covered in a sauce of tomatoes ricotta and cow-milk mozzarella, fine. Then a half portion of risotto with saffron and Gorgonzola, which I’ve always known as an aggressive cheese, but not within the sauce which was nicely creamy. I ordered a dessert, zabaglione, but I also a sweet wine to go with it. They sold a delicious Tanic, but then they gave the dry almond biscuits you dip into vin santo (which I’ve never liked much). They were wonderful here. Then they offered Perugia chocolates. Well, this was enough sweet ending, so that I switched from zabaglione to fruit salad, “macedonia” (which gets its fine name in Italian from the King of Macedon, Alexander the Great, who conquered everything in sight and ruled a mixed and varied empire inspiring fruit salad). Great restaurant, highly recommended.
