We had dinner this evening at this trattoria and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, to say the least, and Massimo, the owner, exudes his passion for his work and the trattoria itself through every aspect of his service.
Delicious food, from appetizer to dessert.
Highly recommended in every way.
We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

I've only been there once when I visited Assisi, but the experience was so positive that I'm sure I'll be back. The cuisine is truly delicious, with carefully prepared traditional Umbrian dishes: from the rich and flavorful first courses to the succulent meats, each course reflects the local tradition.
The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, perfect for slowly savoring each dish. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to explain the dishes and recommend wine pairings.

We wandered in by chance and luckily they found us a table even though we hadn't booked (the staff were very kind). We mentioned that two of us were vegetarians, but they reassured us that the dishes could be modified to suit our tastes. The food was very good: the grilled vegetables were tasty, the tagliata was excellent, and the pasta dishes were fantastic. We were happy to have found this restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near Santa Maria degli Angeli, right in the center of town, with easy access to the train station. I enjoyed a long walk to the Papal Basilica and the Sacred Convent of Saint Francis of Assisi (Basilica Papale e Sacro Convento di San Francesco in Assisi).
The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great and nicely presented. Overall, it offers great value for money.
