Fabulous rooms, clean and spacious

Excellent trattoria in a central position a stone's throw from the sanctuary of Santa Maria degli Angeli. The environment is small but familiar. In particular, the meat-based second courses such as wild boar stew and porchetta are worth tasting.

As for the overnight stay, the rooms are not very well kept but basic, nothing is missing, welcoming staff, excellent location for reaching Assisi. The restaurant offers a varied menu with typical products, very good, the service is not the best but overall I would say good.

I tasted a truffle carbonara. When this is natural and sublime you understand you are in the right place...! Very friendly and helpful staff, it deserves all 5 stars, and I would have given it even more!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! In the heart of Santa Maria degli Angeli I found a rare pearl. A restaurant where the quality can be felt in every single bite and the price is more than adequate for what is served. The Angus steak was literally fabulous: tender, tasty, cooked to perfection. The porcini mushrooms? Like a dream, I still think about it at night. The potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just as they should be. The first courses? Oscar-worthy, without exaggerating. But the real queen of the evening was the lamb cutlet: mouth-watering to the bone! An explosion of taste that I won't easily forget. Impeccable service, welcoming atmosphere, attention to detail. An experience that I recommend to anyone who seriously loves to eat well. Compliments!

Avevamo un buon ricordo di questo ristorante dove eravamo già stati. Purtroppo, non hanno mantenuto lo stesso livello della volta precedente , sempre buoni piatti ma un po scaduto il rapporto qualità prezzo

Siamo stati per due sere in questo locale...accoglienza molto calorosa...servizio puntuale e attento....piatti ben cucinati....ottime le carni, dal brasato al cinghiale...buonissime le pappardelle al cinghiale e un muffin alle melanzane dove però il tartufo previsto non si sentiva ...prezzi adeguati e piccolo sconto finale...locale che consiglio
