Delicious homemade pasta, top ragù... efficient staff and very quick service.
I don't know if it was the owner who welcomed us but I must say he was very nice!
We recommend and hope to be able to return!!!

The place is nice and the staff were kind and friendly, we had first courses, crescentine with cold cuts and desserts for a total of €30 per person. First we were welcomed to the table with bread and focaccia and a preparation of cut/crushed and seasoned tomatoes as a side dish, tasty and very welcome. In my personal opinion the crescentine were good, a bit too greasy, but I'd say it's a question of taste, however very enjoyable, the first courses were very good, the fettuccine all'optica and the balanzoni were really very good, even the desserts were a wonderful experience. A note goes to the wine, the ignorant San Giovese that we Emilians consume is usually not said to be good, while their wine is said to be, very sweet and not at all acidic, nothing compared to important wines from other regions , but it still framed the dinner pleasantly.
A place to return to very willingly.

We were lucky enough to eat outside on a very pleasant evening, so we enjoyed little noise and space between the tables. The environment is large and well distributed (if you are outside certainly, like everywhere, it is better to equip yourself with mosquito repellents), the service was excellent: even though the place was full, the waiter was attentive and served us in the shortest time possible. We tasted two first courses (including the famous onion tagliolini), a second course and two desserts, all of excellent quality, good and with honest portions. The menu offers first courses, meat and fish with traditional recipes and vegan options, truly excellent desserts, drinkable and tasty house wine. The very very honest account, of those who haven't been seen for a while. An additional star for the owner who welcomes you at the checkout with a joke and a big smile.

Great restaurant with excellent food, top wine and a pleasant atmosphere. We visited two evenings in a row and were not disappointed… An absolute recommendation for anyone staying around Bologna. Thank you very much!

I stop by when I can for work, and it's always fabulous for how you eat it, especially the onion sauce (CULINARY MASTERPIECE) the service costs 10, what can I say, I have to move from Florence, congratulations 🔝🔝🔝🔝

Fuori il caos del centro si trova questo ristorantino molto carino, anche all’aperto in bella stagione che offre piatti tradizionali e non. Io sono venuto con alcuni amici e abbiamo preso le tagliatelle con pancetta e rosmarino, non erano male ma mancava qualcosa per renderle più memorabili, le tagliatelle al ragù però c’era poco ragù ed era poco saporito, balanzoni con pancetta buoni anche se credo che internamente non ci fosse la mousse di mortadella, però erano buoni comunque , una cotoletta alla bolognese, molto buona e delle crescentine con salumi, anche queste buone. Personale simpatico e servizio veloce, costi nella media.

Locale ampio e informale che offre piatti della cucina tradizionale emiliana. Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo deciso di iniziare con un antipasto classico costituito da affettati accompagnati da crescentine dalla forma particolare e originale, ovvero realizzate come un ciambella con salumi, ottimi. A seguire un primo piatto di Borlenghi, una pasta ripiena non semplice da trovare, conditi con filamenti di culatello ; buoni anche se un po' asciutti. A seguire siamo stati attratti dai tagliolini al culatello e parmigiano ; pasta buona ma l'insieme non è apparso così appetitoso come immaginato. Per concludere dell'agnello gradito da tutti.
