Trattoria San Pierino In Firenze

I visited in April. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Florentine cuisine at a reasonable price. The waiter was very kind, and all the food was delicious. I wanted to eat a Florentine T-bone steak, but most restaurants only allowed orders of at least 1kg, but the steak here was absolutely delicious. It went perfectly with Florentine red wine. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very nice, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

San Pierino is confirmed as one of my favorite trattorias in Florence!! Excellent and well-cooked meat, friendly service. Very close to Santa Maria del Fiore I would say it couldn't be better. The prices are fair considering the dishes offered. I wouldn't call it a tourist trap.

The service was great, caprese salad was perfect but I was disappointed with the Florentine steak :(

If I could do 3.5 stars for food I would, but it lacked a bit of authenticity in the taste. Specifically, the basics like insalata mista, and "ragu". The veal was good but lacked seasoning. Lot's of other choices in Florence, so I would likely skip.

I've been to the restaurant with my family, and it's truly 100%! The food is delicious. Homemade. The service is top-notch. Very friendly, very cordial, and everything is truly family-friendly. The pasta is delicious, the octopus salad is divine, and the plates are huge! Without a doubt, a place I would gladly recommend! They also accommodated my daughter's allergies. Delightful!!!

Informal, simple and genuine environment. Good quality meat. A place for Florentines, not just tourists.

What can I say, simply divine. All the fantastic staff, both friends Roberto and Antonio serving and Gianluca and Enzo in the kitchen. We ate a very tender steak that melted in the mouth with a sublime flavour. Excellent quality of meat and perfect cooking. Our friends from Como were thrilled with the entire service. A culinary experience to be repeated. I recommend it to all meat lovers.

Il menù celebra la tradizione con piatti preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità: il filetto è semplicemente perfetto, la pasta un vero capolavoro. Ogni sapore racconta passione e attenzione per la cucina autentica. Il servizio è altrettanto eccezionale: staff cordiale, attento e sempre pronto a consigliarvi. Un’esperienza culinaria da non perdere per chi ama la buona tavola e l’ospitalità toscana! Tappa obbligata!

Una trattoria muy animada con un buen servicio y buena comida. No demasiado caro y un poco lejos de toda la locura de los lugares más concurridos. Estaba hambriento y literalmente perdido sin un mapa y wifi. Quería almorzar en el mercado central, pero vi que este lugar estaba lleno de lugareños, así que lo hice. Pedí algo que sonaba increíble pero honestamente estaba por encima de la media. El flan de verduras con pecorino y parmesano crujiente sonaba mejor de lo que sabía. Todo lo demás fue perfecto. El vino de la casa, el pan, las espinacas salteadas y la ensalada de acompañamiento. Todo en su punto. Me comí TODA la cesta de pan. Suave por dentro con una corteza crujiente. Perfecto y raro en Florencia! Ahora voy a volver a casa con todo el excelente pan que comí.
