A small place away from the noise. Lovely, helpful staff, going out of their way to understand you and serve you as best they can. And a homemade pasta dish with anchovies and lemon zest to die for! One of the best culinary experiences for me. I recommend it!

Located in a charming little square, I had an excellent appetizer and a first course that I wasn't entirely convinced by (a zucchini puree with mussels). It was a very hot evening, and the first course was more suited to a cold evening. The pittule and potato croquettes were unforgettable, as was the bread, which was unique and delicious.

Very nice and clean place. Excellent food, hard to find of such high quality, attentive and courteous staff. Fair and average prices, even moderate considering the quality offered. Wide selection of local wines.

"Trattoria San Giuseppe Cenobio" offers good-quality traditional dishes. The price-to-quantity ratio, however, is far from what you'd expect from a trattoria, especially if it's Salento-style.

A very characteristic restaurant located in the historic center of Nardò, with a very unique menu compared to many other restaurants.
What can I say... the quality of the food is refined and you can taste it. All the dishes were very popular, delicious and carefully prepared. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Homemade, traditional local food.
It's also located in a picturesque square, especially at night.
A very pleasant dinner.
Everything we ate was delicious: bombeta, twisted pasta with cheese sauce and arugula pesto, and tiramisu.
It was a pleasant surprise.

Location tipica di un centro storico salentino con volte a stella e pareti di tufo a vista, un po’ povero come arredamento.
Gli antipasti scelti da noi prevedevano polpette fritte (molto saporite) le classiche pittule salentine e delle verdure cotte come verze, rape e ceci e un’altra non ben qualificata ma molto buona. Primi straordinari del sapore abbondanti e ben realizzati. Tra i secondi in lista ho notato la presenza di piatti raramente realizzati altrove come guancia di maiale e il cosiddetto marro o marretto, un grosso involtino di fegato di agnello, ben preparato. Una piccola delusione è stata data dalla maggior parte del dolce che “erano finiti”. Amaro offerto con grande scelta. Costo medio alto, forse un po’ troppo per una cucina tradizionale e presentata con molta semplicità nei piatti che potrebbero ricevere un impiattamento un po’ più elaborato.
