Intrigued by the culinary offering of this restaurant, we were able to try dishes consisting of dry-aged fish for the first time.
We were satisfied with the quality of the dishes offered (although some presentations could be better) among which I recommend the semi raw mantis shrimp, the desserts are not unforgettable.
Regarding the wines available, I would have expected a greater choice of options available.
Service absent-minded but present.
Medium-high prices, appropriate for the menu proposal, less so for the location.

If you want to taste the flavors of sea fish in a refined environment and with dishes outside the traditional mold of seafood cuisine, this place is for you. Not the quantity but the quality of the flavor combinations and ingredients with well-proposed dishes meet expectations.

We took the 5-course tasting menu at a cost of €60 each. 5 really interesting dishes especially for the raw fish with matured croaker and the matured grilled redfish (in the photo). Added to these is a very original gazpacho with grilled tomato, pasta with fish stew and semi-raw mantis shrimp (photo). We had two glasses of wine, two desserts and coffee. The quality of the food is remarkable especially for the dry-aged fish. The price is certainly in line with the products and quantities. I highly recommend it. Polite and friendly staff.

Having a desire to eat fish, we decide with a friend to come and try this place. Located outside the center but very nice, we sit down and start by taking the fried Sabbia Di Mare with
White prawns and fried lime, Calamari Borsotti and squid ink mayonnaise, Moletti and shellfish mayonnaise, €21, good, and the semi-raw mantis shrimp grantinated in the Romagna style, its mayonnaise and grilled leek, €23, very good. First we take Cannelloni with gurnard ragù, dry-aged raw ham of the day, comic bechamel and beurre blanc sauce €25 and they weren't bad but the ragù with tomato very much covered the flavors of the rest, and then also egg Monfettini with cuttlefish and marjoram ragout, €19, but I wasn't crazy about these either. For the second course we take the SLIM Agrodolce (red mullet, prawns and sole) / Vapore di Mare with lemon and grilled seasonal vegetables, €25 and the dry-aged fish of the day, which together with a couple of other dishes were the only things left to dry-aged of the place, which instead being the characteristic, I thought I would find it in more dishes, however both the second courses didn't drive me crazy, much less the portions. We concluded with the desserts including Banana Semifreddo and artisanal "Nutella", Salted Caramel Mousse and Raspberry Caviar, €8 and the Half Tarte tatin, half Grandma's Cake, €8, the first not bad, the second very good .
Cover charge €3.5 each, total €90 each. So I found the service friendly but a little slow, costs high and with respect to the final satisfaction I must say that I don't think they are suitable for those dishes.

Avendo voglia di mangiare pesce, decidiamo con un amico di venire a provare questo posto. Posto fuori dal centro ma molto carino, ci sediamo e iniziamo prendendo il fritto Sabbia Di Mare con
Gamberi Bianchi e Lime fritto, Calamari Borsotti e maionese al nero di Seppia, Moletti e maionese di crostacei, €21, buoni, e le Canocchie semicrude grantinate alla moda di Romagna, la sua maionese e porro alla brace, €23, molto buone. Di primo prendiamo Cannelloni al ragù di gallinella, crudo del giorno in dry-age, besciamella di fumetto e salsa beurre blanc €25 e non erano male ma il ragù col pomodoro copriva molto i sapori del resto, e poi anche Monfettini all’uovo con ragù di seppia e maggiorana, €19, ma anche questi non mi hanno fatto impazzire. Di secondo prendiamo l’Agrodolce di SLIM ( triglia, mazzancolle e sogliola) / Vapore di Mare al limone e verdure di stagione alla brace, €25 ed il pesce del giorno frollato, che insieme ad un altro paio di piatti erano le uniche cose frollate del posto, cosa che invece essendo la caratteristica, pensavo di trovarla in più piatti, comunque entrambi i secondi non mi hanno fatto impazzire, così tanto meno le porzioni. Abbiamo concluso con i dolci di cui Semifreddo di Banana e “Nutella”artigianale, Mou al Caramello Salato e Caviale di Lamponi, €8 e la Mezza Tarte tatin, mezza Torta della Nonna, €8, non male la prima, molto buona la seconda.
Coperto 3.5€ a testa, totale 90€ a testa. Allora servizio l’ho trovato si cordiale ma un po’ lento, costi alti e rispetto alla soddisfazione finale devo dire che non credo siano adatti a quei piatti

It's delicious, but it's expensive and the portion is small. I don't know if it's because I didn't make a reservation or what. The service fee for three people was 38 euros. The bread was calculated per head, which was 3.5 euros per person.

Simply fabulous. The fish presented in its purest signature, yet combined with particular flavors and aromas. An excellent quality. An excellent preparation. The staff is precise, punctual, but never intrusive. Excellent quality and price ratio. And the dream location. Impeccable 5-course tasting menu. And the dessert, à la carte, sublime. Super recommended

Abbiamo provato questo locale attirati dal cambio di gestione. Proposte molto valide, materie prima di qualità, il servizio è un po’ da migliorare. Devo dire la quantità di vino servita al calice e’ piuttosto scarsa.
