Fantastic restaurant, excellent food, impeccable and extremely functional service. Welcoming and very large outdoor garden. The room reserved for us gave us a lot of intimacy, also considering the anniversary we were celebrating. At the end of the lunch, the cake we had requested was excellent, and presented in a more than satisfactory way, also to worthily conclude our wedding anniversary.

The best restaurant to eat tortelli cremaschi in my opinion.

I have been there twice for 2 ceremonies and they have always been excellent

A very special dinner, from the appetizers with fried cod in batter with caramelized onion, rolls with salva cremasca, the first yellow risotto with courgette flowers and scamorza, buckwheat flour gnocchi seasoned with white wild boar ragù. The second course, roast suckling pig with pear puree and baked potatoes. Very polite, courteous, attentive staff. The only sore point was the time which in my opinion was too long. Overall rating 9. Very good

Di passaggio a Crema abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante a Capergnanica. Bella location adatta ad eventi e tavolate di amici. Il menù che ci hanno fornito comprendeva un buon antipasto composto da polpo e gnocco fritto con dei salumi ottimi. C'è la possibilità di aggiungere un primo oppure un secondo (32 euro) oppure il menù completo (38 euro). A parte bevande e dolci. Ci sono diversi piatti locali. Io ho assaggiato una buona tagliata. Dopo moltissimi anni sono ritornato al ristorante Rosetta per festeggiare la laurea di mio nipote. Avevo un ottimo ricordo di quel ristorante ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa scoprire che la attuale gestione, (ovvero il figlio ed il nipote della capostipide Rosetta), i quali oltre a mantenere alto il nome del ristorante lo hanno migliorato. Ambiente molto curato, ottima la cucina di alta qualità. Purtroppo non ho fatto le fotografie di tutti i piatti, ma li elenco ora: fagottino con salva su letto di crema di zucca, gnocco fritto con salumi (eccezionali), tortelli cremaschi a (i migliori che abbia provato), risotto con radicchio e squaccquarone, baccalà in tempura su letto di marmellata di cipolle ed infine cestino di crema di mascarpone con fragole. Oltre al ambiente interno che il bel giardino ben curato, la cosa che ha fatto la differenza è stata la qualità della materia prima che utilizzano per cucinare.
