As Trattoria Rosa is the only eatery in the small enclave of San Maurizio di Monti, I wasn't sure what to expect. After quick view into the kitchen, I was much more hopeful, and food surpassed my hopes. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the setting conspire to conjure a very satisfying dining experience. Highly recommended.

A wonderfully authentic Italian restaurant. The food is fresh, homemade, and delicious. The atmosphere is classically Italian, like being at Nonna's house. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and there's a real family atmosphere. We would come back in a heartbeat. Oh, and the value for money is unbeatable!

Yesterday I went for lunch and considering the variety of the menu offered without limiting the quantity of both food and drinks, as always the attention to quality, we spent €40 per person, what can I say....... at Trattoria Rosa it's always Christmas!!!

Typical Ligurian trattoria.
A very pleasant experience.
Abundant dishes and good food quality.
Very friendly staff, Anna made us feel at ease.
My partner and I went for lunch yesterday.
Appetizers included mixed cold cuts, Russian salad, and a small omelette.
First course: pansotti with walnut sauce, tagliatelle with pesto, second course: roasted pork and Ligurian-style rabbit with French fries.
Two desserts, water, wine, coffee, and liqueurs.
All for €40 total!!!
