A decent family-run trattoria located on a side street off Via Etnea. We went there the first time because the young woman who met us on the main street was very polite and honest. We returned three days in a row because I was expecting only tourist menus, but instead they had excellent daily specials and a wide variety of dishes upon request. There's a bit of a wait because the food is made to order and nothing is pre-cooked.

The best prepared seafood I've ever eaten in various regions of Italy, al dente pasta, absolutely delicious tomato sauce, everything fresh, plus equally delicious swordfish and a local drink at the end ☺️ nice service and menu in several languages, I recommend 👌🏻

Nice restaurant. The starter was swordfish capaccio, which was delicious. The spaghetti with seafood was very tasty, but the stuffed calamari wasn't our cup of tea.
All in all, though, a good restaurant. The value for money is also good. We paid €39 for the three dishes and a glass of wine and beer.

A romantic dinner, just like the name suggests. The people were exquisite and friendly, especially Mrs. Grazia. Must try and repeat.

We came to the restaurant on our first night in Catania, and we liked it that much that we had at least one meal a day there. It is really what you see in movies-Italian family restaurants where every wish is to be respected. Prices are also something that surprised us. Definitely coming back soon.
