Pier is definitely a Chef!
The first time we tried it, it served at least fifteen diners, at three different tables, and in less than half an hour we were all eating.
For at least ten years I have been traveling between Milan and Rome, my favorite place in the capital is a trattoria with an inviting name, Cacio e pepe restaurant, well Chef Pier makes it really Roman and he also makes fresh pasta!
The portions are the same as those found in Rome, you can eat three of them if you eat like a Milanese 😎
The house wine is reminiscent of Porta Portese, genuine and just right!
There's also some chicory sautéed in garlic and oil that's brought to you when you order it 😅
very good!
Now we're waiting for September for the Vaccinara queue!

A masterchef who clearly loves what he is doing. Very friendly and animated. Giant portions and great tasting home style pasta at very reasonable price. Carbonara and Amatriciana seems to be their signature. Cozy ambience. Thanks Chef Pier!👍👍👏👏

Sono stato sabato 16 marzo da chef pier, con mia moglie abbiamo preso una carbonara e una matriciana...cosa dire, buonissima, piatti abbondanti e titolare davvero simpatico.. consiglio di andare a stomaco vuoto, altrimenti non riuscirete a finire la portata... se ritornerò a Milano, sarà sicuramente una mia tappa.
