If you're looking for an authentic slice of Roman cuisine, Chef Pier is a must-visit. I ate truly wonderfully here: home-cooked dishes prepared with a care rarely found today, super-fresh ingredients, and flavors that immediately evoke genuine cuisine, made as it should be.
Pier, besides being incredibly friendly, is an exceptional chef. You can see and taste the passion and attention he puts into every dish. From the freshly made pasta to the main courses cooked with skill but a family spirit, everything arrives with an aroma that captivates you even before the first bite.
The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, just like at home: no frills, just good food, authenticity, and a warm welcome.
Very generous portions.
In short: highly recommended. A restaurant you'll want to return to again and again.
