I hadn't been there for a while, some changes in management, but I would say that the level remained excellent, the polenta with meat sauce and mushrooms was excellent, the livers in the net with fried potatoes were delicious, the desserts are also appreciated, a simple and clean, fast and courteous staff, honest prices, fair portions, in short it is definitely worth trying.

A restaurant that smells of ancient and tradition. Simple environment, precise and punctual service. Traditional products but proudly also offer some variations such as amatriciana. I will certainly return to clear up some doubts about the consistency of the tortellini and understand why a cover charge for €2.50 didn't completely convince me. In short, I will have to return, and I will gladly do so, to be able to change my mind and go from four to five stars.

Excellent restaurant today I enjoyed polenta with super seasoning. Liver with net and bay leaf tasty and excellent sweet apple pie with cream. A place with friendly, polite and friendly staff. An experience that I will repeat often now that I have tried it.

Abbiamo cenato negli anni diverse volte un questa Trattoria e abbiamo sempre trascorso piacevoli serate con una buona cucina tradizionale. L'ultima volta non siamo stati affatto bene in particolare per il personale poco cortese e scostante. Credo ci sia stato un cambio/avvicendamento nella gestione. Tagliata di manzo fredda e dura.

06/11/2024: Very friendly staff, you can taste the true flavors of the south. Among the best restaurants in the center of Bologna. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
20/10/2024: These guys are remarkable. In the true sense of the word. They are kind, attentive to the customer, and convey a positive atmosphere when eating. Two of us had dinner here this evening, choosing two main courses off the menu and it was all delicious. This dinner in Bologna will remain in our hearts and we will definitely return.
