I had dinner at this Trattoria for the second time and I can only recommend it! Warm, welcoming environment with attention to the smallest details. Kind and attentive service. Excellent food, traditional Piedmontese dishes revisited in a modern way. This time I tried Mel's corn-crusted egg with caramelized shallots, hazelnuts and toumin. Nothing short of exquisite! The gnocchi with Cuneo blue and hazelnuts are also excellent. And finally hazelnut cake with zabaglione mousse, delicious! Reading the menu I also noticed attention to those who have intolerances or are vegetarians. Adequate account. Congratulations, keep it up!!

We had a family dinner to let relatives who came from outside try Piedmontese cuisine. The food options are good but the wine list is also up to par. The "Finanziera" and the cheek are special, the desserts are also good.

First time here for a family lunch. I liked everything. Trio of Piedmontese appetizers: a hyper classic. Very good. Tagliatelle 33 yolks, excellent. Perfect dessert. We will be back...a nice discovery in "our" Cuneo. Well done!

Roma is first and foremost a place where you feel at home, among friends. Pampered by Annalisa and Davide you can enjoy excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes, accompanying them with wines chosen from a truly remarkable list. The offer of spirits is also excellent, to worthily conclude the meal, the price is adequate for the offer without being expensive, in line with other restaurants in Cuneo of the same level. In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Cuneo.

The premise is that only in this place I found two unusual and indeed very unpleasant 'conditions'. The first is that on the menu it is specified that you MUST take two courses. Now it's really the first time something like this has happened to me... but let's say it's a kind of fixed menu. But that's absolutely not correct!! It should also be noted that, when booking, they asked if there were children, which at this point I interpret as unwanted in this place, as they might consume too little.... VERY SAD!!! The second is that when you want to put cheese on your first course... YOU CAN'T! This is because you have to wait for the person in charge of grating the cheese to arrive at your table and grate the cheese directly onto your plate... ONE OF THE STRANGEST AND PATHETIC SCENES I've ever seen in a restaurant and I've been around hundreds of them, always being on a business trip. Also because in the meantime your beautiful first one is cooling down.... The wine list in a province that offers hundreds of labels is not very extensive, but above all it has really high prices. Unfortunately it is a trend that is sadly spreading in many places. If you don't want us to take it just say so. Basically I would say that there are no bottles under 20 euros and maybe a couple between 20 and 30. My idea would be that maybe, if you put an acceptable price, maybe you'll sell some. But maybe it's full of customers who can afford it... As for the food, finally, I have to admit that it was all good and I would say that the price, overall, is also quite reasonable. Decent quantities... I fed myself because I finished the dishes of other bystanders... Another mix-up... I asked for water in a carafe and they brought mineral water. Here at the foot of the mountains, being forced to pollute by drinking bottled water... it really seems like a crime against humanity. The service is good, but every now and then it wouldn't hurt to take a look at the customers at the table to see if they need anything. There are aspects, however, that make it indigestible.... see above. Honestly, I don't think I will return even if the menu is interesting: financier, ... Maybe if they change some of the above... let's hope.
