Excellent restaurant in the historical centre of Orta San Giulio. They offer a nice menu with excellent dishes. We were also served nice starters with good tastes. The personnel is very friendly.

The new approach of the Edera restaurant fully satisfied us!
We tasted among the starters, sweetbread and asparagus and among the second courses, char and fassona.
Everything excellent, balanced, perfectly cooked, strong but delicate flavours. Compliments to the chef and staff!

Lunch for two, service a little slow, we ordered two medium-cooked cuts, the meat was tough and difficult to swallow... the next table also reported the same discomfort. The staff immediately took action to propose an alternative dish. We ordered quinoa, with egg and tomatoes, small but excellent portions. Too bad about the meat, they excluded the returned meat dish from the bill.

I was there on Sunday with a group, we ate an excellent risotto with bacon and asparagus, cooked just right, veal cheek that melted in the mouth, it was so tender and tasty, the starter and the Barbera red wine were also excellent.
I recommend it.

Capitiamo per caso in questo ristorante nel primo weekend di marzo dove un bel sole ci spinge alla famosa gita fuori porta. Dopo esserci seduti controlliamo le recensioni e rimaniamo un po’ interdetti dalle tante negative. Proviamo comunque il menù degustazione da 3 portate, ed alla fine rimaniamo piacevolmente sorpresi. Risotto molto buono ed equilibrato, guancia morbidissima, dolce ok. Personale attento e tempi d attesa non eccessivamente lunghi.
A volte le recensioni non sono quella verità assoluta che ci si aspetta!
