Trattoria ratatouille In Piazza al serchio

I had dinner at this place last night with my husband. The first thing I would like to write is compliments to all the staff who have been able to convey passion for their work together with attention to the customer, a quality that is now increasingly rare and precious among activities that involve a relationship with the public. The dishes are excellent, detailed and cared for, the bulk wine is very good, a detail on which I personally always focus, as it tells a lot about the soul of a place and the direction it wants to take. The dessert was also very good. Service, what can I say? Excellent, I found two attentive and extremely professional waiters without being formal, the owner is a well-prepared person with traditional but at the same time innovative ideas which I believe he has fully implemented. I have come to eat here several times, apart from the courtesy and impeccable service, the extremely high quality olive oil and the delicious bread, the dishes are really good, well plated and very quick in service. The wine cellar offers the right and quality products, finally the boundless love for dogs "completes the recipe" bowls of water under the table and biscuits always available. TOP place

I have been to this bistro for lunch several times, the dishes of the day and on weekends also with the à la carte menu. Excellent choice of both land and sea dishes, very delicious, very kind owners, fast service. I ate an excellent orzotto with prawns, another time cod alla gradese or on request boreto (made with sea bream), good fried sardines, sautéed vegetables or roast or chicken with potatoes and also mimosa cake or other sweets for example polenta...

We had a very good experience in this restaurant, the food was absolutely exquisite, their menu is very short because they have fresh ingredients and that means it varies from day to day. The service was superior. We felt like home, they are really pet friendly. Treated us and our two dogs with lots of kindness and care. I absolutely recommend this place to eat, nothing can go wrong.

Excellent welcome given that we were passing through, served and revered even in the low season, ate very well everything based on fish...

Really welcoming restaurant. We passed by after a wonderful March walk by the sea. We took some advice and tried a herring amatriciana and spaghetti with prawns... what can I say, truly a fairy tale! Congratulations...we'll be back!

We have eaten here several times. The price also reflects the quality you get. The food tastes fantastic, the service is very attentive... at the end there is a grappa for free. The holidaymaker's lack of knowledge of Italian is made up for by the good to very good knowledge of German on the part of the waitress or the owner. It's absolutely worth coming here... but definitely make a reservation...

Both the fish and the risotto were great. The Apfelstrudel was delicious, Apfelstrudel is sadly often served cold with a pretty dry texture, but this one was warm and juicy. The waiter was also very nice and helpful, always asking if we needed anything and even offering to fillet the fish for us.
