Trattoria ratatouille In Piazza al serchio

Having just returned from Friuli, on a night when we weren't feeling hungry, we decided to visit this restaurant near our home. They welcomed us with extreme courtesy and were extremely willing to accommodate our requests, even if they weren't part of their standard offerings. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and romantic. The service and staff are superb. It piqued our curiosity to return soon to try their dishes.

The main course was served even though the appetizers weren't ready yet. The complimentary digestif was offered only to select guests.

Update 08/2025: We ate here again this year. Everything was still great. The staff was still super friendly, and the food was incredibly good. ------------------------------------ Great restaurant, with super friendly staff. Our daughter's intolerances were very well catered for. She even got some building blocks to pass the time. The kids' meal arrived very quickly, and our meal was served quickly as well. Super tasty, generous portions, and a very, very good espresso.

Very good food, but unfortunately, the atmosphere in the restaurant is very hectic. The staff is generally friendly, but they're "on edge" and extremely fast-paced. You don't really feel at home as a guest, especially when you're relaxing on vacation.

Wonderful food with fresh fish, attentive and very friendly staff. The cuisine is unlike many other restaurants in Grado. And the tiramisu is delicious, too ☺️
