Good traditional food (snails) cooked with care and professionalism; you can eat outside in peace. Piergiuseppe and his staff know how to welcome and entertain you between courses.

More than a trattoria, it is an elegantly rustic restaurant of excellent quality. I had a snail menu and I was reminded of my grandmother's flavors with more variety of flavors and cooking methods. The service is discreet and kind, never intrusive and always available to explain the dishes or wines offered. Finally, the true queen of the restaurant is the grandmother who at the venerable age of (you don't say the age of ladies).... puts everyone in line with her kindness and the freshness of her jokes.

Absolutely unforgettable dining experience! The 8-course menu was a true culinary journey, packed with creativity and flavor. We had the choice between a snail menu and a non-snail option—both were outstanding in their own way. Each course was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere made the whole evening feel special. Can only recommend—no matter which menu you choose, you won’t be disappointed!

We were with a group of friends and we ate both the snail menu (spectacular) and the meat menu. Compliments to chef Pier, everything was delicious, kindness and friendliness, you are a fantastic group, thanks to everyone.

To celebrate 55 years of friendship, Angelo and I chose Rassica for its "all snails" menu which is practically unique. I had been there in 72 or 73, that is, more than 50 years ago, then it was in the open countryside, today it isn't but the atmosphere of a well-kept trattoria is the same. What can I say, 5 starters, a first course and two second courses and, even if the portions don't seem large, in reality it's hard to get to the end. An excellent Lugana (Ca dei Frati), Natural snails with oil and herbs, (tasty) snail and onion omelette, snail skewers with mushrooms, Bourghinon style snails, snails with bacon, green risotto with snails and herbs, snails with spinach and snails in red sauce with chilli pepper, cream Catalan coffee and snail repellent for which I (rightly) don't have the recipe. It's not very cheap but the price is absolutely adequate and where can you find an all-snail menu? The grandmother (95 years old) came to say goodbye to us before going to bed, and the restaurateur (I think Gianfranco) and his wife Monica were exquisite people! We will return perhaps without another 50 years passing by.
