Spectacular place, after the visit to the Malaspina castle we put our legs under the table and enjoyed a royal lunch, everything was exceptional, excellent chefs, friendly and very kind staff, everything was delicious... I will definitely return

Local located in Piazza Sauxillanges, near the ancient castle of the Malaspina family. Small but welcoming place, tables inside and outside. Excellent food, served with excellent plating. Tasty veal with tuna sauce; Trofie good and nice to look at; tasty and simple testaroli with pesto; spectacular tuna steak; the fried rabbit, the flagship dish among the many dishes of the exquisite restaurant, excellent and tasty. Light and not too full dishes; excellent and tasty desserts after a good lunch spent outside. Excellent service: helpful and friendly staff. Excellent dishes and excellent restaurant. One of the most prominent trattorias in all of Fosdinovo.

Small but very suggestive restaurant in the shape of a cave and therefore cool in summer.
The dishes are very good, the service is discreet and the value for money is good!
Don't miss the testaroli with pesto, they are delicious!

The place is worth the trip as is the menu and the people who work there. Informal and friendly environment, what I ate was delicious, both the rabbit salad and the fried rabbit, I really appreciated the truly delicate veal with tuna sauce. The absolutely honest bill really pleasantly surprised me, just one small flaw, the wine list is empty, I asked for rosé bubbles but I had to settle for a still Vermentino, goodness good but please fill the cellar with something else, wine connects with the pleasure of food!

You can breathe the air of an authentic village trattoria. Very well kept and masterfully managed place with trained and friendly staff. The menu reflects the territory, the fried rabbit is excellent but the rest of the dishes are no different and the portions are generous. A nod to the excellent wines of the Quinta Terra farm, we tasted a white and a red both from local vines, the territoriality is definitely perceptible, which is not always a given.
Definitely an essential stop if you are in the area

We had dinner last Thursday. I would say it was a great experience! All dishes were excellent and in line with the bill paid. Letizia and Nicola's service made us feel truly at ease, with a genuine and thoughtful welcome! You made us have a wonderful evening. Thank you all!

Ristorante sito all’ingresso del castello di Fosdinovo, perfetto per un pranzo o cena da abbinare alla visita. È dotato di ampia sala interna in pietra, ma vista la bella giornata abbiamo sfruttato il piccolo pergolato con glicine all’esterno.
Ci ha colpiti la gentilezza e simpatia del cameriere, che ha fatto eco agli ottimi piatti a partire dal tris di antipasti fino alla mousse all’arancia.
Tutto questo a un prezzo veramente onesto per un’esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare pienamente.
