Trovo deliziosi la punta spalla di vitella con patate arrosto e lo spezzatino in umido con patate. Sono troppo snob per mangiare la trippa, miei amici e congiunti asseriscono esser la migliore di Roma.

What can I say, the more I go there the more I like it, I've known it for years and it continues to amaze me what they say about it and the oldest trattoria in Rome before 1500, meatballs with boiled artichokes and cheese and pepper Number one

Alessandro is unique, and so are his collaborators, his dishes and his characteristic restaurant located on the most beautiful street in the world, the Appia Antica. Highly recommended, we love this restaurant! Eva&Eduard.

Rustic trattoria outside the centre, small and with the bathroom outside the restaurant, which is why we decided to give the room a rating of 4. Warm, welcoming and homely service. Rating: 5. We ate 4 first courses, and we were very satisfied with all 4 first courses: we recommend the carbonara and the gricia, really very good. Honest prices for the quality and goodness of the dishes. Food rating: 4.5. Final rating: 4.5

31/07/2025: A wonderful place to have breakfast. There's no table service, but that's perfect for the type of place. The outside is beautiful, perfect for studying, working, or relaxing. I found it very affordable and the staff very friendly.

Al Grottino del Laziale

20/06/2025: A wonderful discovery! At the Dal Laziale restaurant you can immediately feel the authentic Roman atmosphere: warm welcome, impeccable service and lots of friendliness. The traditional dishes are truly excellent. Even the second courses and side dishes respect the true Roman LAZIALE cuisine generous portions I will definitely be back!
30/04/2025: I was down for work and we stopped there for two amatriciana pastas, a beef tail stew and some meatballs on my head full of bacon and I only had 6 measly pieces but in number, then I take the good meatballs even if in my opinion there was a bit more flavor but in the cold place they were cold, the place looks like a workshop cellar, a slight renovation could be in order
