A true Roman trattoria. Excellent food, reasonable prices, a good and friendly cook, and a friendly waiter too. It's NOT fancy, and that's why I like it.

Mamma mia...fantastic boiled meatballs...

As if the exquisite service weren't enough, here you'll also find fettuccine with guanciale and rosemary. At Priscilla's you can eat, but you won't choke, between a wild boar pappardella and a mozzarella in carrozza. There are also fried and golden meatballs, which are so good, you've never eaten them before. And yes, the experience ends with a dessert, the tiramisu completes an already perfect meal. So come, you'll come back, 10... 20... 100 days!

Had the best experience here! Food was delicious (the best we had in the 5 days we were in Rome). Christina, our server was not only accommodating but extremely kind! Had a great homey atmosphere and very authentic. 10/10 would recommend.

Good Roman cuisine, a good reference point on the ancient Appian Way near the headquarters of the regional park, the beautiful former paper mill. An oasis, amidst the beauties of the beginning of the Queen of Roads, which could, and perhaps will, have more services in the near future.

A Perfect Lunch Break After the Appian Way! We had lunch today with five of us, and the experience was simply wonderful, starting with the courtesy. Due to a delay during our mountain bike tour of the Appian Way, we called to let them know we wouldn't be arriving by 12:30, the time we had booked. The owner, with exquisite kindness, held our table until our arrival at 1:30 PM. We were greeted with a dazzling smile that immediately put us at ease. The food was exceptional: my roast beef was delicious, the saltimbocca excellent, and the gnocchi carbonara delicious. A special mention, however, goes to the baked potatoes: my son said he'd never eaten such good potatoes in his life, and I have to agree. A real discovery! Professionalism, courtesy, and excellent cuisine. We couldn't have asked for a better way to end our morning. Highly recommended! Lorenzo

Servizio attento e simpatico Cibo buono, in particolare i primi con zucchine e menta e quello con acciughe e zest di limone Posto caratteristico dove passare con amici una bella serata e poi …. Peccato che il bagno sia fuori dal locale…. E basterebbe poco
