It was lucky to happen upon Poseidone, a restaurant from times gone by but in step with the times. From typical dishes to sushi, everything comes together thanks to the freshness of the raw materials and the skill of the chef and his staff. We ate crostini with exploding sea urchins, wonderfully fried cappuccini. The couscous was my favorite dish, without taking anything away from the busiati alla trapanese that I tasted from the others, which were delicious. The very fresh cassata, chilled white wine and passito di Pantelleria. The price was excellent and not expensive at all. Special mention to the head nurse Emanuele, a charismatic and kind professional! Hurray go there

Un locale il cui aspetto rustico potrebbe trarre in inganno, con un menù raffinato e interessante a base di pesce e sushi. Completano il quadro la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

We went for dinner and let ourselves be advised, with mixed fish starters, all very good and a good first course for two of spaghetti with sea urchins, a dessert, all washed down with white wine which was not up to par unfortunately at the end the bill it left us amazed at €153.00 in total, upon our complaints the owner made us pay €130.00 which was certainly still too expensive. I will never trust you again and I advise everyone to check the menu carefully first so as not to be dissatisfied afterwards!!!

A discovery on holiday for 3 days in Trapani we went two evenings in a row for dinner, everything was excellent, the sushi was delicious with local fish, what can I say if I come back to these parts I will gladly return to Umberto

Pretty good, but the expensive bill would certainly have justified a higher quality product.
