eine sehr urige Lokalisation - ein vorbeigehender Passant (und auch Stammgast) machte uns darauf aufmerksam und wir haben seine Empfehlung nicht bereut. Eine Platte mit lokalem Käse, Schinken und Salami als Antipasti, danach Tagliatelle con Funghi und ein leichtes Tiramisu danach - alles top. Überaus freundliches Personal, ein Digestiv aufs Haus nach dem Espresso - wir hatten einen sehr guten Abend hier. Und das Lokal ist urig - wir sassen an dem Tisch mit der Reiseliteratur und den otoalben, die vermutlich von einem Angehörigen der Familie stammte.

We ate in this trattoria in Sarnano on a Monday, a clean environment where as soon as you enter you see the tradition both in the floor, the old tile one, and in the various objects in the room... in particular the old meat fridge with display case. To begin with, we chose a small platter of cold cuts and cured meats, the liver salami and cheese were particularly good. Then a first course, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Tasty, served with lots of mushrooms to garnish the dish. The grill, even if grilled, was good and cooked well, especially the lamb, then the French fries, it's difficult to give those up even if they had a lot of choice of side dishes, such as special second and first courses. The cook and the lady who served the table were friendly and courteous. Good wine even if it was the house one. Rating 9 fair price for what we ate.

Abbiamo mangiato in questa trattoria a Sarnano di lunedì, ambiente pulito dove già da quando entri vedi la tradizione sia nel pavimento, quello a mattonelle di una volta, che nei vari oggetti che ci sono nella sala..in particolare il vecchio frigo per la carne con vetrinetta. Abbiamo scelto per cominciare un piccolo tagliere di affettati e salumi, molto buoni in particolare il salamino di fegato e il formaggio. Poi un primo, tagliatelle ai funghi porcini.. Gustose, servite con molti funghi a guarnire il piatto. La grigliata anche se cotta alla piastra buona e cotta bene specialmente l'agnello, poi le patatine fritte, a quelle è difficile rinunciare anche se avevano molta scelta di contorni, come di secondi e primi particolari. Simpatica e cortese la cuoca e la signora che ha servito al tavolo. Vino buono anche se era quello della casa. Voto 9 prezzo giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato.
