- The ambiance and everything around it is really lovely. - Our room faced the street, which was a bit inconvenient (unfortunately, this meant walking past the other guests' terraces). - The staff's helpfulness is incredibly wonderful. - There is free parking. - There's an on-site restaurant that I can highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights in this wonderful property. The terrace overlooking the sea is a real treat. We enjoyed a rich, high-quality breakfast in the restaurant. We will gladly return. Thanks to all the staff.

Overall, it's perfectly fine. The rooms are a bit small, but nicely furnished, and everything you need is there. It's a bit surprising that you have to pay €2 for an espresso in the room. Regardless of the fact that the machine isn't easy to use and a bit dusty, I found it "too expensive." That's standard in most hotels (which are much cheaper than this one). Furthermore, it's not permitted to store your own food in the refrigerator. It's explicitly stated on the refrigerator. I've never seen that before. I find that a bit of a gimmick – there are hardly any restaurants nearby, so you can certainly put the refrigerator to good use. Overall, it's noticeable that they often put up prohibition signs. The location is special. You have a truly beautiful view of the sea, and it's very quiet. There's also direct access to the sea. It's relatively easy to walk into town or take the bus. There aren't many restaurants nearby. For us, it was a good place for a stopover. Personally, I find it a bit unsuitable for a longer stay.

Our room was Parkside. All rooms are on the ground floor and have a wooden partition at the entrance. This is called a terrace. You sit in a cage made of wooden slats, and we looked out into a hedge and the parking lot. We didn't like that!! The room was modern and clean, but very small. There was a window on the side. The bathroom was modern and huge! A concrete terrace with loungers right by the sea. Very nice!!! What was strange was that you have to place a precise order for breakfast the day before. We highly recommend the Tre Merli restaurant! Extremely good food at reasonable prices. We can't recommend the hotel. We only lasted one night in that room.

Everything was very pleasant. I don't understand the negative reviews, even though we stayed in one of the four back rooms, next to the street. With the door closed, you can't hear much. The service is super attentive. Everything is super clean! The direct access to the sea is simply perfect. The bus stop is right outside. We really enjoyed it. We'll be back.

Update: Still my number one address for a visit to Trieste. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and well-equipped. The service from the ladies who work the reception, terrace, and room service simultaneously is always friendly and strives to fulfill our wishes. We will continue to spend our annual visit to Trieste here. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Parking is limited, as in previous reviews, although this is also noted in the hotel description. You can certainly hear the main road, but you either want a central location or you don't. The rooms are small but very clean, and the bathroom is nice with a large shower. The terrace and direct access to the sea are a dream, as you can end the day there in a relaxed manner. The "public beach" is also within walking distance and highly recommended. The staff at the reception, room service, and the attached restaurant are excellent. The food in the restaurant is highly recommended if you enjoy regional cuisine and want to avoid the tourist traps. All in all 5 Stetne, I asked today when we left if we could book directly for our next stay.

Menù di mezzogiorno con proposte veloci. Pesce per la maggior parte e chiare indicazioni cosa è gelo . Il servizio, sufficiente ma si capisce piuttosto di fretta, a tratti improvvisato e non arriva passione. Se non hai fretta Cerchi prezzi e proposte di base Trovi una bella vista e puoi sorseggiare un piacevole vino stuzzicando qualcosa di non impegnativo.
