I think it's one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.
Very digestible, thin dough, top quality ingredients.
Wood-fired oven.
It reminded me of the pizzerias I went to as a child, and that I loved.
This is why I don't understand the bad reviews
PS: the tiramisu is also worth it!!!
We will be back... well done!

Credo sia una delle migliori pizze mai mangiate.
Impasto digeribilissimo , sottile, ingredienti di prima qualità.
Forno a legna.
Mi ha ricordato le pizzerie in cui andavo da bambina, e che amavo.
Questo è il motivo per cui non capisco le cattive recensioni.
PS: anche il tiramisù merita.
Ritorneremo ... bravi!

Stopped in the late evening for dinner with family.
Gnocchi, goulash, cod and homemade cakes. All very good.
An old-fashioned trattoria like it used to be, unfortunately there aren't many anymore.
Thank you, we will come back to try the pizza.

I invite all those who pass by to stop and taste the venison stew made by them as well as the trout-based dishes, EXCEPTIONAL, made with love and passion in a very simple way but with a phenomenal taste typical of home cooking, not I can't wait to go back!!!!!! A round of applause also to the owner, very kind, empathetic, very welcoming and above all honest and sincere!!!!!!!! Trattoria da Soglio TRY TO BELIEVE!!!!!!
