From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed by the warm and multilingual team at Santa Lucia. The pizza we had was without exaggeration one of the best we’ve ever tasted – perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and made with love.
What truly made our evenings there unforgettable, though, was the wonderful atmosphere. Fabrizio, the head waiter, speaks five languages and made sure every guest felt at home. His kindness, humor, and attentiveness – together with the whole team’s hospitality – turned our dinners into cherished memories.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Santa Lucia. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Florence!

My girlfriend and me ate here Monday and it was very delicious 😋 Tuesday my fiancé and me ate here and it was perfect. (She said yes ❤️)
The desserts were amazing 🤩

I have already been there several times and found it very good. Last night, unfortunately, the pizza was not the usual pizza. We were served a very small sized pizza, I might say a baby. There were 7 of us and all were small in size. I'm very sorry.

Been many times....always satisfied...but this time something has changed....
Maybe it's because of the super crowded Saturday night.... Maybe it's because of something else, the fact is that this time they served us baby pizzas....but the price remained the same.
I leave three stars, but I would give less considering the confusion that was there, but I hold back because I've enjoyed it in the past.

Cozy place, phenomenal food and super helpful staff and above all my compliments go to the waiter Fabrizio who was with us until the end. Super recommended we will definitely return.

We only had pizza and dessert. I can't comment on the rest of the menu. Pizza is still one of the best in Florence. Excellent dessert. Well served. Honest prices.

Cozy place. We tasted both a first course (very good) and the pizza. They offer the possibility to choose the thickness of the pizza dough, high or low. Both deserve a taste!
The waitress was very kind and patient.
They also welcome little dogs with great affection <3

Tuvimos una cita encantadora para cenar aquí anoche, la pizza era excelente, el vino, cerveza y limoncello eran encantadores y el personal era muy acogedor y hablaba muy buen inglés. Nos encanta que el restaurante admite perros, estamos de vacaciones y echando de menos el nuestro así que ver unos pooches fue muy agradable. El ambiente era precioso y los precios son muy razonables!
