Excellent trattoria with fair prices in Bologna

I've eaten here countless times, because it's undoubtedly my favorite place in Bologna. For starters, the value is more than fair. But the most important thing is the quality of the food: everything seems truly homemade. There are always the same two ladies and a gentleman, along with a very kind young woman who also speaks Spanish. The atmosphere is extremely friendly, and that's greatly appreciated. Everything is plentiful and delicious. I've tried several types of pasta, but the best I've ever had is the seafood Scialatielli. Breathtaking. And another point worth highlighting: it's one of the few places in Bologna that apparently still makes Crescentine, with a very good selection of cured meats. I recommend asking for the specials of the day; they also have a daily menu option and desserts, which change depending on what's being prepared. The tiramisu and the berry cheesecake are unmissable. If you're passing through Bologna, you can't miss this familiar cornerstone of Bolognese gastronomy.

A classic Italian restaurant with great vibes and delicious food. It’s a bit further out from the city center but it’s worth a shot.

A charming place, the pizza is delicious, the seafood is also excellent, and the pork knuckle melts in your mouth. I highly recommend it, although it should be noted that the ventilation in the room is poor, and the flavors will overwhelm you. The price is very good, at 8 euros for a pizza.

We discovered this place by chance during the 2 days we were in Bologna... a typical old-fashioned place, nothing special, but then when the only thing that matters in a restaurant arrives, that is the food, everything transforms... abundant dishes cooked to order by the delightful lady who serves the tables, the tortellacci are DELICIOUS... very honest prices, I hope you will stay that way
