We stopped here by chance and it was a real pleasure. The food was excellent, the wine excellent. The dessert the lady made was a real treat. Highly recommended.

Simply wonderful. Everything, starting with the bread they serve, is delicious, the wine is carefully selected, and the picio with Chianina ragù was truly fabulous. The place is well-kept, and the staff makes you feel truly at home. They're so cute, I'll be back 🫶🏼

All in all, a nice little place. Of course, for a trattoria, they should increase the portions a bit. I could see the tourists were a bit disappointed, too. Anyway, the owner was kind, and the waiters were a bit awkward but very helpful and friendly.

09/09/2025: We went to il saracino for lunch on our way to Monteverdi. The waitress was very patient with our non Italian skills and helped us order a beautiful meal! Highly recommend the pastas

19/10/2025: Cesare is always a guarantee. Traditional food, all homemade. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming. Everything is cooked to order.
16/09/2025: We stopped here with friends for lunch before heading to Montepulciano. Good service, excellent food, and good wine. The atmosphere is like an old trattoria. Good, average prices. If we're in the area, we'll definitely visit again.
