Let's start by saying EXCELLENT! Very warm, tidy and well-kept restaurant. I found out about this restaurant thanks to the 4 restaurant program and now I can really understand why it was selected. Excellent service from Leonardo who makes you feel at home with his simplicity and personality. Very typical dishes of the land and great care of the product. Will be back soon.

The food is especially good, especially game. In general, excellent quality of the food offered. I didn't give 5 because there were some small details missing that I reported to the staff. I recommend it and I'll be back. Fair value for money. Good pizza. About 35 per person.

Molto buone le pappardelle al ragù di lepre. Abbastanza buono anche il nuovo dolce chiamato nuvola con una base tipo pan di spagna ( anche se non lo è) bagnato al caffè e sopra una crema al mascarpone. La prossima volta proverò la zuppa inglese. Prezzi nella norma, servizio veloce. Personale cortese.

Pietanze da applausi, pappardelle al sugo di lepre che solo Ghigo può fare, trippa con salsiccia che mi ricorda quella vhe faceva mia mamma.

19/09/2024: Wonderful lunch… was very busy but waiters were attentive and nice. We ordered the Ribollita Toscane (tuscan soup) and Ravioli with ricotta and spinach in butter sage sauce… beautiful and very tasty. The Aperol Spritz was the real deal and the red house wine was a nice Chianti. Would definitely recommend

Ristorante Pizzeria Fuori Porta

02/01/2025: Out of town because outside the walls of the village of San Gimignano. The food is very good and finally something on the menu that isn't just peposo, wild boar and other things of this purely Tuscan kind, sometimes you also need to diversify. Here I found some good first courses with well-cooked fish (al dente) and a light pizza with excellent leavening and cooking. The place is not traditional in its furnishings but pleasant and intimate.
30/12/2024: Delicious pizza with excellent quality ingredients... fast but accurate service. Kind and helpful staff.
