Ghigo, a sure thing! Classic Tuscan cuisine, top-notch game! The venison with grapes and pheasant crostini are memorable.

A small, family-run restaurant with truly exquisite dishes. The service is friendly. We had a standing ovation for the osso buco, and the pappardelle with hare were equally delicious. The price was truly reasonable. See you soon.

The three of us had a mini fried appetizer (ridiculous), two first courses, two second courses, and a bottle of €27 Montalcino red wine with a high markup, €108. The portions were tiny, but of good quality. The waiters were very kind, but the owners were rude. The prices were too high for the quantity offered.

As soon as we arrived in Siena, a little hungry, we stopped in somewhat by chance. We hadn't booked, but they greeted us quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

At Pizzeria Ristorante La Colonna, you feel a little Sienese... even if you're not! An intimate and welcoming place, with thoughtful place cards and paintings depicting Siena and the Palio: you practically eat surrounded by history (and this whets the appetite). We started with crostini with anchovies in pesto sauce and a platter of cured meats and crostini: what can I say... everything was delicious, something that makes you forget about any diet. The onion soup? Comforting and flavorful, like a hug. The wild boar stew with potatoes was truly delicious, tender and rich in flavor, making you mop up the sauce without guilt. And the desserts... the artisanal crema catalana and tiramisu, both spectacular: spoonful after spoonful, they mysteriously disappear. Conclusion: a super positive experience. Now there's only one thing left... returning to try the pizza too (a mission already planned!). 🍕😋 Highly recommended!
