27/07/2024: We chose to return to the Giara, which over the years has become a certainty. The best experiences are always accompanied by a pizza from Giara, that reassuring voice that pronounces "Good evening, la Giara" with Mr. Giara's usual warm and friendly tone is now part of the culture and history of our country and of ourselves, of our lives, which intertwine, move apart and then always reunite in front of the same pizza. Perhaps we are nobody to Mr. Giara, yet he is the center of our small Santermana reality. And the pizza... in the center it almost melts in the mouth, and then gradually becomes taller, softer, in an almost Neapolitan-style crust, and again, ends in a crunchiness on that fleeting border that characterizes perfection. We recommend a glass of Coca-Cola, to pick up that delicate note of sweetness from the sauce that makes the flavor of each slice magical.
