We happened upon it by chance on a Sunday in November for lunch and had a wonderful meal. We appreciated the young, polite, and attentive waiters. The food was typical trattoria fare, beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommended.

I had dinner for the first time, a flatbread pizza. The tomato sauce was almost nonexistent on the thin layer of dough; I think it was spread by hand, not with a spoon or ladle. I doubt the mozzarella is mozzarella, but it's definitely stretched curd, probably cut and packaged. On a positive note, the dough was well-made for the type of dough proposed, although in my experience it could have a few sagging edges when rolled out. I hope this review is constructive criticism.

I dined here on the recommendation of friends who thought the pizza was excellent.
I should point out right away that you need to book on weekends because it's always very busy (at least that's what multiple sources told us).
AMBIENCE: The restaurant is located in a courtyard on a central street. There's ample parking nearby, but not in the internal courtyard. To be honest, we hadn't seen the sign in the car, which is located high up.
I liked the interior of the restaurant for its authentic and rustic feel. There are two rooms, one of which, I believe, was created by closing off the courtyard with a veranda.
SERVICE: Friendly and courteous staff, even when there was a problem with the pizza being brought to the table.
FOOD: In addition to the famous flatbread pizzas, there are also a variety of dishes, both first and second courses.
We went to try the pizza, which can be flatbread or super flatbread, in the latter case served on a wooden cutting board.
I found the choice of dishes to be poor, as a pizza of this size doesn't fit completely on the plate and almost rests on the tablecloth when you start cutting it.
Personally, I thought the pizza was good, but I didn't like the thin crust. I prefer more traditional pizzas.
The selection of beers is excellent. The wine list is less so.
VALUE FOR MONEY: The gourmet pizzas are priced in line with those of trendy places. For example, a buffalo mozzarella with Parma ham costs €18, the same goes for the pizza of the month with buffalo mozzarella, pumpkin, and pancetta. Margherita is €8, 4 cheeses are €11.
For two, we spent €25 each.
OVERALL OPINION: I liked the place; the pizza was good, but it wasn't my style. Many friends find the thin crust easier to digest. I don't know, since the amount of dough is the same as a traditional pizza, as the waitress also mentioned.

Excellent pizzas, thin, crispy (even cold), easy to digest. Both the traditional and specialty versions are excellent. The toppings are just right. Excellent ingredients. Good and varied cuisine. Attentive, precise, and friendly service.

Quite a welcoming place, lots of varieties of both pizza and schiacciata, the latter recommended, thin and light dough, rich in mozzarella and ingredients, also worth trying, the classic pizzas are really large compared to the average, improve the place without air conditioning in the hottest periods
