16/08/2024: We ate a very juicy and tasty Florentine steak. It was so tender, I could have eaten a whole one by itself because it was so good. Side dishes and desserts also very good. We opted for a fantastic Chianti to accompany the meat. Paid the right amount. Slightly long wait, but for a steak like this it was worth it. If you want to eat well you have to have patience. Unfortunately, where we were sitting, it was really hot and there wasn't any air circulation, so the first part of the dinner was quite painful. At first the owner wasn't at all happy to take our order but then luckily she gave up a bit. A smile really turns the tables. However, I will be back to try it all again.

10/08/2024: Last night I had the pleasure of dining at La Grise in Talmassons, and the experience was truly excellent. The venue presents itself very well, with an environment where attention has been paid to the smallest details and a welcoming atmosphere that makes the evening pleasant from the start. The service was impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive and professional, always ready to satisfy every need with a smile. As for the food, we were fully satisfied. We started with a delicious tartare, prepared with the freshest ingredients. The Florentine was the real protagonist of the evening: cooked to perfection, tasty and very tender. As a first course, we opted for Cjarsons, a choice that turned out to be a great one thanks to the authentic taste and the quality of the raw materials. To conclude, we let ourselves be tempted by several desserts, all truly delicious and impeccably presented. In summary, La Grise is a place that is definitely worth a visit. Excellent food, excellent service and a refined environment make this restaurant a point of reference for those who want to spend an evening full of good taste. We will definitely be back!
