I was at this trattoria yesterday. The food was excellent and typical Sicilian. It's a simple and elegant trattoria, evoking the colors and textures of the Sicilian countryside. The atmosphere was spotless. The staff was extremely polite and very friendly. I highly recommend it. If you come to Sicily, stop by this trattoria. It's worth it.

09/01/2026: one of my favorite pasta dishes in the world
09/01/2026: We had a lovely experience at I sapori del mare. Started off with a portion of pasta each followed by grilled swordfish that we shared and a Sicilian salad with fennel, oranges and olives. Everything was great and the service had good attention to detail. We finished with an almond semifreddo and two coffees that was one the house. Recommend for a genuin atmosphere with some of the best fish and seafood of Palermo.
