A small restaurant that doesn't need to shout about its elegance, but does so with understated elegance. It boasts a delightful outdoor garden and excellent dishes, including the brain and fried rabbit en cobweb, a signature dish for decades. Highly recommended; prices are fair!

It's a shame because the wine list is worth it. Otherwise, the staff was polite but cold. It was a really fast lunch, with the table being cleared in installments, and the first course plates being taken away to bring the second course while someone was still eating (not that it was taking half an hour, mind you).
The snails were very good, and the "gran tagliere" appetizer was a plate with three slices of prosciutto, four croutons, and two small pieces of cheese, all very, very bland.
The fried food, which should be their specialty, was actually nothing special. In fact, the chicken and rabbit were very bland, and the cooking was not good, resulting in a very greasy result!
Lastly, I can't stand reheated moka pot coffee. It's something I can't stand, especially at €2!

Always a pleasant place, with a lovely garden overlooking Florence. Excellent food and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for warm Florentine evenings.

It's been years since I've been back, and now that I've bought a house after the church in Cercina, I've decided to return... The atmosphere is fabulous and the terrace is splendid. The service is young and friendly. The appetizers are average, but the first courses are truly remarkable, with the tortelli al sugo being truly delicious and the gnudi fantastic. I expected better fried food, but it was still a good dish. The desserts were excellent. The price was fair, considering we had a micheletti.

Beautiful and welcoming place, a very large terrace, very good, high-quality food, including the spectacular chicken, rabbit, and spiderweb brain specialty. The new generation is carrying on the inherited tradition with passion and an eye to the future. It's nice to feel at home, we'll be back.

Me ne avevano parlato tanto e non sono deluso. Ottimo ambiente, cibo buono (ho preso il fritto di pollo e coniglio) e prezzi corretti. Soprattutto mi è piaciuto il servizio, veloce e cortese da parte di varie educatissime ragazze. Però attenzione, la strada per arrivarci è stretta, bisogna andare piano.
