Trattoria Piave In Frascati

The place is pleasant, as is the town of Frascati in general, especially on summer evenings. The quality of the food is just sufficient, as is the service offered at the tables. The place is crowded, even if it is possible to converse without particular difficulty with friends sitting at the same table. The location of the outdoor tables is quite suggestive, and they basically occupy a good part of Via Piave.

The owner was a kind and friendly lady who was interested in how the guests were. Nice and comfortable environment for a non-formal dinner. The waiter was also very kind and the price was excellent! I forgot about the fried food! The lady was keen to tell us that they were homemade and I confirm! :) I recommend ❤️

Ancient authentic Frascati trattoria. Delicious pizzas and pastas with homemade fried foods. Great service and reasonable prices. AAA+

The place is very beautiful and picturesque. The food is excellent, you can feel that it is homemade, the pizza for those who like the Roman style is the best. The staff is very qualified and kind.

We had dinner at this lovely restaurant this evening. There were 3 of us and the family atmosphere immediately made us feel at home. It was 10pm and the owners welcomed us with big smiles. The traditional cuisine was really of excellent quality. We ordered an appetizer consisting of cured meats, cheeses, bruschetta and fried foods, all accompanied by an excellent focaccia cooked in front of us in a wood-fired oven. Spectacular! Not to mention the first courses.....fantastic! Mrs. Gaetana and her son told us about the dedication and tradition of the restaurant, founded in 1952. Listening to them was a real joy. Highly recommended! A hug and a cuddle in the center of Frascati! Pure magic! Thank you!

Ho messo 3 stelle perchè 2 cose sono state deludenti ,ma parto dai pregi. Il ragazzo che ha servito al tavolo di domenica a pranzo è stato impeccabile. Piacevole aver trovato la tovaglia e il locale è caratteristico e pulito. Cibi arrivati senza attesa e il sapore delle tagliatelle,della verdura e delle patate veramente eccellenti. Le 2 cose da rivedere sono i 4€ a persona per il servizio con incluso un piccolo cestino di pane bianco,ma mi pare troppo caro far pagare 8€ in +. Inoltre tanto rincaro su caffè e bibite,raramente ho trovato prezzi così esagerati. Invece i prezzi dei primi e secondi molto buoni. La seconda cosa da rivedere è stata il coniglio perchè tutti ossicini e poca carne con un impiattamento da migliorare. Complessivamente un buon pranzo.

I'm not like other idiots.....guys who judge a place based on a TV programme....I'm sorry to have seen that it's closed just so I can't make a comparison...whoever comments and gives 1 star just for a program must have serious family problems...I hope you reopen
