We were passing through the charming town of Frascati. It was another coincidence that we ended up at Piave 1952. During a difficult time in the second half of November.
Despite a minor misunderstanding, AI can't be trusted to translate an Italian menu. We had a very tasty meal. The waiter was a charming young man. He served us a portion of the original dish we wanted to try – free of charge!
The service was friendly, the food delicious, and the decor was original. I recommend it.

A truly perfect evening! The restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere with attention to detail, with friendly and always welcoming staff. The dishes are delicious: fresh ingredients, impeccable presentation. Excellent value too. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dinner in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

Well, it's not typical Italian food. A lot of it was fried. The pizza was okay, but nothing more. A lot of the appetizers were fried. My tagliarelle dish tasted good but the portions were manageable and simply served.

I dined at the trattoria with my girlfriend for about ten evenings this August 2025, while we're still on vacation in the wonderful city of Frascati. We're incredibly happy with the service we received from the owner and all his staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and incredibly kind. As for the food, we found authentic Roman cuisine of the past, made of simplicity, the freshest ingredients, and so many unique, home-made flavors. The pizzeria is exceptional. Dining in the alleys of Frascati at the Piave trattoria pizzeria is a unique experience that takes you back in time.
