Cosy alpine hideaway in the cold periods, pleasant veranda in the mild ones. Braised meats, tripe and game (among other things) excellently prepared. Recommended for those who don't put on too many airs.

I stopped for lunch during the week with a friend of mine. The food was good and plentiful. You can choose between two first courses and two second courses.

We stumbled upon this place by chance today. What can I say? The atmosphere is very quaint and peaceful. The welcome was fantastic, as were the dishes served. Excellent cuisine that makes you feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

Vera trattoria come quelle di una volta: servizio famigliare, cucina tradizionale, piatti giusti (non troppo generosi), vino della casa passabile, prezzi contenuti. Posto auto agevole, atmosfera gradevole. Buona la pasta Diana e saporitissimo lo stinco di maiale. Unica pecca: la cameriera potrebbe evitare di infilare il pollice nel piatto che sta portando a tavola.

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo dopo aver visitato l'Eremo di Santa Caterina a Leggiuno, a pochi centinaia di metri da'eremo ritornando sulla strada principale proveniente da Laveno, ci gannonaccolti con molta cortesia e disponibilità, un'ottima cucina locale che la signora ci ha con simpatia illustrato, una bel pranzo domenicale che porterò nel cuore

19/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, the food was truly delicious. The price of the individual dishes was in line with both the quality and quantity. The only thing that left us a little surprised was the price of the large platter (30 euros), perhaps a bit too much for the amount on it. When paying the bill, my husband asked for a second amaro, usually offered on the house, but instead we were charged for it... These are small things, but they're the ones that make the difference in deciding whether or not to return.
12/01/2026: A very welcoming and quiet restaurant in the center of Busto Arsizio, with a very kind owner. Here I found simple yet refined menus, prepared with great care and featuring unique flavors. Here you can find excellent truffle dishes—and I mean truffle, not truffle cream. I love coming here because my Maltese is a favorite and the food is delicious! Thank you

03/01/2026: Claudia, the barista, is so friendly! The place is well stocked with cigarettes and tobacco, breakfast, and excellent coffee! My favorite tobacco bar near my house! 👍🏻🔥
21/09/2025: A very nice little spot for breakfast, located next to the church with plenty of parking nearby. Good breakfast, tobacco service. Try the outdoor seating and the aperitifs.
