Wonderful is the adjective that sums it all up........an evening out of the ordinary in a location that is nothing short of beautiful and evocative with charismatic and enthralling owners with whom you can feel completely at home. Excellent cuisine, we ate very well and spent little, in an atmosphere of conviviality and lots of smiles. Highly recommended. We will be back very very willingly!!!!! Discovered thanks to some Instagram advisors. I called to book and, with extreme kindness, the owner reserved a table for us for the following day. Welcomed with warmth and availability, the menu is displayed to us! We decide on 2 starters and 2 first courses. 4 exceptional dishes! All accompanied by two truly special wines recommended by Mr. Flavio. Even though I'm not from the area, I highly recommend it! In fact, I'll tell you, I think it will become a fixed stop on a constant basis. It's the classic place where you wish the dishes wouldn't end. Truly spectacular!

Flavio is a gifted host. It's really fun to eat with him. The cuisine is excellent and the wine selection is exquisite. Unfortunately we don't go to Piedmont that often 😭.

This place is a real jewel, where the passion for tradition is combined with a warm and sincere welcome, thanks above all to the wonderful owners. From the moment we entered, we were surrounded by a familiar and convivial atmosphere. The environment is rustic but with attention to the smallest details, with that warmth typical of old-time trattorias that makes you immediately feel at home. The menu is a tribute to the authentic flavors of the area, with dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions are generous and the value for money is absolutely excellent. Special praise goes to the owners. Flavio's presence in the room is constant and discreet, always ready to have a chat, recommend the dishes of the day and make sure that every guest feels pampered. The most sincere compliments to the owners for having created an oasis of taste and conviviality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!
