Osteria all'Appio Tuscolano, a very welcoming place. The host, Sabatino, is truly a great character, the true soul of the place, combining friendliness and professionalism. The food is excellent, the service attentive, and it's a pleasant evening. Highly recommended.

A unique experience. Quality food and drinks. Traditional Marche cuisine that's hard to find in Rome. Oste Matto is a histrionic, multilingual character whose stage is his dining room. La Cheffa is truly exceptional. Highly recommended. I hope to return to Rome soon to meet up with these new friends. The price is fair for the quality of the products and the atmosphere of the evening.

Osteria Marchigiana, where the host is the master, knows how to sell his excellent quality product, and he does so by telling the story of everything you're about to savor.
Dinner with friends, tagliatelle with sheep ragù, good but more delicate than you might expect, ravioli al ciauscolo excellent, as well as the shank and sheep sausage!!
Affordable prices, a pleasant atmosphere, enthusiastic and courteous service, definitely worth a visit!

Five stars is too few!
If you go to Rome, you absolutely must eat here: you can feel the true Roman atmosphere, one of passion, hospitality, and goodness.
The owner makes you feel at home, attentive to every detail and every customer.
The dishes, 100% Roman and cooked to perfection, will leave you thinking only one thing: "When will I be back?"

My wife and I were on vacation to Rome and we saw videos of this restaurant on TikTok. We had to check it out and we had a great time. The owner is great, very attentive, and has a great sense of humor. We felt a true experience here. 10/10 recommend.
