Small and delicious trattoria, that smells of home as soon as you cross the threshold. We are welcomed by Sabatino, the very friendly owner who shows us the dishes of the menu that is a bit Roman, a bit Marche and a bit Emilian, but very tasty. We had some amazing ravioli al ciauscolo and the carbonara that - as specified everywhere - is made differently than elsewhere (with bacon and parmesan!), according to a registered recipe, and is very light and enjoyable. Then an amazing shin with cherries, and to finish the best panna cotta I have ever eaten. I think it will become my favorite place in the neighborhood... highly recommended!

Wow, we got introduced to Italia. The owner made sure we were explained all the dishes. Pecorino dei Monti Sibilini e Parmigiano Reggiano a scaglie con miele e marmellate . Our mouths were well versed with cheese. The homemade wine complimented our food. Stinco di Maiale di Modena and spaghetti. If you are in Roma, you have to stop here. You we be glad you did. Make sure you make reservations as they get busy.

Excellent food, from cheeses and cured meats to sheep's tagliatelle! Excellent service, very good and friendly host.
The food was excellent and so was the service! Particularly recommend the mutton tagliatelle.

We came for the first time with my wife, a treat! We immediately booked for a second meal two days later, and once again a delight!
The owner is extremely kind. And the dishes are simply exquisite!
If you are looking for an address outside the tourist areas, this is the place to go!

I spent two days in Rome with my two children and we found this trattoria by chance and from the moment we entered we felt at home. Friendly and engaging staff. Great food and very good prices. It is highly recommended for anyone who happens to be in this area

Un posto unico e speciale, semplice ma genuino, abbiamo apprezzato tutto della cucina, piatti e ingredienti ottimi e ricercati nella loro totale semplicità, e anche la compagnia del proprietario, Sabatino, disponibile, simpatico e veramente amichevole. Locale senza troppe pretese estetiche ma nel complesso i piatti sono buoni soprattutto i primi.
Menzione d’onoro per il pecorino aromatizzato al tartufo.
Apprezzabile il coinvolgimento del proprietario si vede che tiene al proprio operato.
Tuttavia consiglio di sintetizzare la spiegazione o la risposta alle domande dei commensali sul menù perchè è sembrata davvero un po’ troppo prolissa.
